Guild Wars 2

So basically i did an event in verdant brink and got one of those green chests, i have only gotten silver chests and when opened i get xp. but when i press the green chest i crash.

I am stuck inside the prologue even after completing Torn from the sky and i cant leave
i tried relogging but im still in the instance

I havent gotten my character slot
