Same for me, this really sucks, since Im stuck with my Mainacc and dont want to play with another Char atm…

Please fix this fast.

Couple of issues.
A) every time I try to advance the instance into verdant brink my game freezes and I’m forced to ctrl + alt + delete to regain responsiveness on my PC.

B) I went to LA to do some halloween stuff while it loads a bit more, but now my story step is stuck on “gather at the rally point leading into the maguuma jungle” but that only exists within the instance which i’m now unable to get back in to.

please fix this immediately! i’ve taken some time off to enjoy the game but i’ll be quite upset if all that time has gone into waiting/crashing.

Some of my achievement points are missing. On the login screen i had a little over 8k, once i entered LA i had 7977 points. The points to next reward show 8500 as my next reward chest so it properly shows i collected the 8k chest already.

I redeemed my product code onto my account just yesterday. Everything was hunky dory at first. My account recognized the upgrade and when the content released, I had access to my class’s new elite specialization and got the flag for the new storyline, etc.

Today upon logging in: Everything is gone and the game tells me to buy the expansion.
In essence: you downgraded my account overnight and failed to post me any notifications of anytype or sort of it.
Funniest thing is: 33 minutes ago i got 2 ingame mails with some bonus stuff cause i was a good sport and bought the thing, while apparently i no longer even have it.

Cannot continue the story. Leaving prologue does not allow you to get back in to complete it. Stuck cannot enter verdant brink, cannot unlock masteries, cannot continue in the game. Please fix!

Donating items towards building the Tavern crashes the game client.

Tried this in Lost Precipice after we claimed our guild hall!

- outfitter in Hardened Rampart on blue border not selling salvage kits etc. but siege (keep is fully upgraded)

Thanks for posting this. I’m stuck here too. Best to warn everyone else who’s stuck not to leave the instance.

Mark me down as missing the character slot as well. I got one from my pre-order last week, but no included-with-Ultimate slot opened up today.

Currently i am stuck in the new pvp mode.
After we killed the enemy lord the game ended, everyone got their rewards and the match was over.

However, when i pressed the exit arena button to return to the pvp lobby, it tossed me back into the pvp arena instead.

There is now no way for me to get out, fix this please

The achievements for the mistwarden armor and other specialisation achievements don’t work. My revenant has all core specialisations trained 100% but the achievements for the revenant specialisations are not completed for some reason. I’m having the same issue with the elite spec achievements. I started training them but the achievement is again still not completed. Other people are reporting the same on reddit.

To all the “no character slot” people – read what is written around the stuff you are buying, so that you can avoid confusion and disappointment later.

As the pre-purchase offer has ended, I cannot quote the text written there directly, but the additional slot given as a bonus to every edition was being given on a weekly basis. Therefore, if you purchased HoT 2-3 days ago, you’ll have to wait a few more to get the slot.

Aha, I just got the freeze as well on the same spot. Still downloading new stuff, so i don’t know if I can redo it, but at the looks of this post… guess we are screwed :p

Also got kicked out of the first story instance (“Prologue: Rally to Maguuma”) and now I can’t get back in, no green star on map, and therefore can’t use masteries…
I have tried quitting story step and restarting, and also changing to a living story and back, neither reset my progress to allow me to re-enter.

Did the expected thing, and insta 80ed my rev. Got all trait lines completed, but each trait line prereq for the corresponding Mistward collection isn’t unlocking.

New build available. Hopefully this issue has been resolved, as players being unable to actually play should be the priority right now.

I can’t complete prologue either but i’m not getting kicked out of it when my client freezes/crashes/does whatever its doing.

Bug: Incorrect Range Indicator

After killing something, the first ground targeted skill will show a green indicator no matter if it is range or not. This seems to occur if you didn’t use a ground target skill during combat

I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong, but some people went down near my scrapper recently and I couldn’t use the function gyro to res.

Tempest Warhorn #4 Skill, Heat Sync, doesn’t copy any boons at all.
Only gives 3 might to yourself.

A build update kicked me out of the jungle and now i’m unable to go back in

Unlocking Specialization in Heart of the Mist doesnt award achievment nor weapon skin.

Unlocked Skin for Fractal Shield missing in achievement tab.

Fractal Master is at 15/19 despite having gotten all the skins unlocked in the wardrobe. :c

This is unbearable.
Please fix this! It’s the first instance of your expansion and it is rife with errors and issues.
A portion of your players are unable to play the content. Please fix this immediately. This needs to be your priority. I will not stop bumping this post until it gets fixed (since I clearly can’t play the content).

Hey, had the bug where I couldn’t access verdant brink after doing the prologue as a friends party, found a solution. If you have a teleport to friend stone and get them to stand in verdant brink you can tele in.

I fully completed all Revenant specializations (not Herald, just the “core” ones), however the achievements that start the Mistward Armor set collections have not unlocked. The provided hint is, for example “Complete the Invocation revenant specialization to unlock the Mistward Legguards collection.”

Any help? Thanks!

Go play Halloween Relax and calm down. Things will get fixed. I’m sure they are working full speed now to track progress of everything, and fix everything that players found that’s broken. Things like these don’t get fixed with a push of a button.

My primary interest is story content. My other concern is also the limited time I have to participate in this content before the internet becomes rife with spoilers.

After you defeat the gladiators the story doesn’t progress. It just stays stuck.

I am still experiencing randomly missing voiceovers during cinematics despite the patch notes saying it’s fixed. It happened when first entering Verdant Brink and watching the cinematic showing the crashed fleet.

Download speeds are really slow, why is it going only from 12-32 kb/s , please fix this.

Fix this ASAP! Took day free to play and already stuck on prologue.

This should be nr1 prio atm to allow people to even play.

I teleported to a waypoint and that solved the issue for me.

I havent gotten my character slot

Experiencing same issue with Charr Revenant – have submitted in game bug report with screenshot also.

I crashed during prologue mission and now I’cant finish it either get into maguuma. Please fix it quick beacuse I’m wasting time at the moment as I can’t get into that map.

I keep getting an error saying “unable to access log-in server” or something like that while I’m already logged in and playing. I can play, change charaters etc just fine, but can’t use the trading post to buy a weapon for my Revenant because of that message. I have checked the troubleshooting page and gone through all the steps listed there and I still get the message every 30 seconds (or less when using trading post).

I have a 4 FPS in Lion arch after a patch (11-ish in other zones). There was no issues yesterday.

GTX 780 TI, Latest drives. GPU load is 99.8% (on-board GPU is disabled in BIOS)

There are no issues while on character selection screen or on the world map.

please advice!
