Are we allowed to use them if we got a second? Should we wait to see if this is a legit bug? I did get a second mail for both the influence and gear.. ._.

I (maybe stupidly) just opened it as soon as I got it not really giving it much thought. I doubt anything will happen, if anything it’ll maybe get removed from my account or they will just let us keep it. It is only a GW1 armour set skin, 18 slot box and some XP boosters so it might not be worth their time.

Just gonna have to wait and see I guess. I’ll post here if anything does happen though.

I got the Heroic Chest and Letter of Influence. I bought Digital Deluxe at launch and have been on the same account since. I’m kind of glad i’m not not the only one that got these as I was getting pretty worried.

I checked my bank account just incase and everything seems fine so hoping this is just a bug on Anets end?

Tried the fix and my launcher still freezes 1 or 2 seconds after double clicking the GW2.exe and it initializes to the launcher

I currently have this message when trying to purchase Gems:

“We are sorry. We are currently encountering a problem with our payment partner. Please try again later”

Not sure if they could be related to the above messages in some way.

Sounded like Kari Wahlgren to me. In the first bit of dialogue she says something about ruining wintersday and I sort of recognized it then

Experiencing this problem aswell, everything else works as it should except for party/whisper and guild occasionally disappearing for a bit then going back to normal after so long (times can vary). Whenever I try to invite anyone to a group I get the “Game client is unable to access the log-in server at this time etc etc etc” message and my friends show up as offline and in an unknown location

Took me and a guildy a few hours to finally get it done, but it was a genius idea and I hope to see a lot more of them. Great challenge and you really do get that sense of achievement when you jump through the clock

If you happen to have multiple game accounts, along with other Guild Wars 2 accounts, you’ll want to use a different card, or payment method to purchase gems on this account. There’s also Paypal® for an option to use for purchasing gems. I don’t foresee that you’ll have an issue if a different method of payment is used. If you do come across an issue, please let us know.
