They did do a balance patch before the season 5 started tho. They add a condi amulet and a condi rune plus nerfed Rev, buffed Thief, and other things as well.
really not that much of one. Condi aids still runs rampant in every game.
They had the entire offseason to do so. So much condi aids. No wonder I quit pvp.
Has anet made any stance on this issue?
What is Anet’s stance on this? The servers just alternate capping a point and which side wins to get their pvp daily wins, to farm pvp rank, and to farm pvp reward track.
If this scenario happens:
Team 1:
P1
P2
P3
P4
P5
Team 2:
P6
P7
[P8,
P9,
P10] (Party)
Would team 1 be consisted of higher mmr players to compensate the lack of a party?
Is anyone else having problem with unfair matches? Most of my games have been complete stomps. I’ve faced teams where our team completely wrecks the other team, and I’ve also had teammates ask “how do I target” while they get stomped by dragon finishers. I have yet to have an actual close match. Can anyone relate?

Dear Ms/Mrs Gray and anet staff,
Remember in GW1 where you could see your title by selecting yourself and seeing your cool title underneath your name? Well in GW2 the only way to see your title is only when you are targeted. This makes titles less cool because you rarely see your title. Do you think there would be a way to be able to toggle your title from default to permanently visible to yourself in the options menu?
Thanks
I wonder why skyhammer isn’t one of the maps…
I really wish a Dev would chime
in on this issue.at all
fixed that for you
Not being able to save our pets’ names. Cmon Anet, it’s not that hard. You did it in Guild Wars 1, shouldn’t be that hard now.
what are people’s thoughts on this?

Hmm…so team arena gives double points. What if you lose in team arena? How much do you get then?
If you lose a game, you receive the base amount of points for participating.
Hey, as I was playing I noticed something pressing, there is a huge discrepancy between Solo Arena and Team Arena when it comes to rank points.
How the system works currently:
Amount of Rank Points for Winning Solo Arena:
250 (base) + 450 (winning)= 750 Rank Points
Amount of Rank Points for Winning Team Arena:
300 (base) + 1000 (winning)= 1,300 Rank Points
If you win in Team Arena, you almost get twice as much rank points compared to if you won in Solo Arena. This creates a big gap between people who play in Team Arena and people who play in Solo Arena. Although I agree that Team Arenas should award more Rank Points than Solo Arena, because it will encourage teaming up with players, the difference between the two are way too much.
Also, in order to encourage more players entering the scene, increasing the base (while decreasing the win) would help drastically. It gives new players more of a reward for playing, less rage inflicted upon them, and softens the minds of the angry-minded.
What I propose is this:
Solo Arena:
425 (base) + 500 (winning)= 925 Rank Points
Team Arena:
500 (base)+ 825 (winning)= 1,325 Rank Points
The numbers could vary, but the idea would remain. What do you guys think? Feedback is appreciated.

I agree. There is no reason for this, there are hardly any skills in the game, how could a new player get overwhelmed?
There wasn’t really a lore element to Secondary professions in GW1 anyway. It was something in game to provide more depth of mechanics, NPC’s were always considered by lore as strictly being of one profession, in terms of mechanics they may have had a secondary profession, but in terms of lore they were of one profession.
There were a lot of quests involved. And becoming ascended allowed you to change your second profession.
Lore wise, not balance wise, is there anything about losing the ability to have a second profession from Guild Wars 1? Is it all mentioned in Guild Wars 2?
