hi i have report this issue to many times with no fix iam trying to continue with hot but i can not complete the frist quest Prologue Rally to maguuma the quest is bugged no matter what i do i can not continue i get no green marker to next part of the quest this has been like this for 3 weeks now iam level 80 the quest is buged plz help i have no other level 80s to unlock the masteries so iam stuck with this with no way on continuing and unable to unlock masteries

I can’t complete the Prologue: Rally to Maguuma. Can’t re-trigger the instance which is suck. Quitting the chapter doesn’t help either. (it doesn’t reset the progress). Sent bug report and got nothing back inreturn
So ive prepurchased heart Of the thorns, started the first quest, for whatever reason its not bugged out, ive basically tired every single way to de-bug the quest. i can’t access verdant brink from silver wastes the portal says I must complete Torn from the Sky
I can’t get to torn from the sky because the prologue is bugged and I can’t finish it, so what was the point in paying for an expansion I can’t play ? Its been over a week now, while everyone else is leveling up mysteries, ive been trying to finish a quest that’s impossible to finish
I can’t even unlock tyria masteries until ive finish torn from the sky, witch can’t be finished until the prologue is complete, witch is bugged out Quiting the chapter doesnt help either. (it doesnt reset the progress) i have taken time out of my job so i can chill and and play witch today has been a fail as i cant make any progress on my toon just filling i have wasted my time and money on gw2 .
