I had the same problem outside the black citadel, but once I WPd into the citadel and talked with the trainers there, I was able to access the traits. Seems like the ones in the cities are the most reliable right now.

Ah, I don’t think that popped up for me, maybe it just had a bit of a hiccup?

I’ll try again though, I feel like a dolt if that’s true.

I hope this is the right forum for it, but I’m having trouble adding my billing information so that I may purchase gems and such.

My paypal account is linked to a Canadian address, but the billing information seems to only allow addresses from the US?

I may just be daft and missing something here, and I hope it can be fixed rather easily.

Upon opening the application itself, the window that pops up appears blank ( save for a small box, as shown in the attached image below, ) and continues to be in that state?

I’m not overly sure if I’ve done something wrong, or if there is something that I need to do in this case.

EDIT.
Left it open for a while, a few errors popped up but I kept forcing it to try and open.
SEEMS LIKE THAT WORKED.
