Guild Wars 2

I purchased the primeval armour skin yesterday 18/12/12 and still have had nothing delivered. It says i bought it in my purchase history but no mail came not even after log out.

I started getting the error yesterday, Ive been playing fine for over 2 weeks now with no hassles. Ive done port forwarding, shut down firewalls….still not working sadly.
