Hi! So some smart cookies found a way around if your stuck! Port to a guild hall, or get invited to a squad and then log out to the character screen and presto! Your in Heart of the Mists! I hope this helps other poor unfortunate souls who are stuck! <3!

I think there really needs to be a balance. Maybe come out with the legendaries you already promised like many people said, and then stop the production on new legendaries. Shift somethings around, in a way where it wouldn’t impact something so big. Just my two cents.
(Also did they also plan to come out with new fractals too?)

To stop premades vs solo, maybe bring back the old queue system where it had team queue and solo queue? At least with that you could actually queue solo. I see what they were trying to do with the unranked and ranked system but like, premades either way will now queue ranked or unranked. I ran into more premades unranked, because they like being able to stomp the newer inexperienced players, and the pug teams that do not have as much communication as them. It makes it not fun.
