This is one area in the game that I actually get mad at. It is a brilliantly designed zone and yet it can’t be enjoyed to it’s fullest as it is a desert, it is a zone clearly designed to be tackled by 40/50+ players and yet it is always deserted and all the invasions fail. I am on Gandara server which is not a low populated server. For about 30-45 minutes I was on the northern invasion and consistently failing the event to take down the flag ship and troop ships which led to me just farming the same 3 events over and over, I think the zone really needs a revamp. Answers I got in Lion’s Arch of why people don’t go there is because ‘it sucks’ ‘no orichalcum nodes’ and ‘low mf from low level goons’. Are these really the reasons why no one goes to this particular area? Do the masses of events not scale up to have champions thus making no one go?
I use P/P with healing signet and some +healing power pieces. 1,312 health gained per unload which can be used about 4 times before initiative runs out, then roll for more or steal. I think it is good survive ability and don’t really use stealth but I use shadow refuge for the life steal combo.
I don’t have a legendary because they all look really ugly. Does this make me a more skilled player then?
I also miss the old log-in screen. I used to just have it open to listen to the music whilst I did uni work in between BWEs, not to mention the cool animations on the “2” logo
Personally, my biggest concern with the voice acting in this game is the lack of variety of accents. EVERYONE in the game sounds american, and they all speak in AMERCIAN english rather than British english, or just pronounce words how people would pronounce them if they had come from the same part of america. Prime examples are “CenTAR instead of CenTOUR” (thats the main one I can think of off the top of my head because it is said so much) but I have noticed many, many others that could have more diversity to them in order to add to the immersion. (Imagine if every english speaking person in the world said things exactly the same)
I believe that there should be more incentive for people to do the story mode version of the dungeon. I have levelled to 80 and have done all story mode dungeons up to citadel of flame. After being in the fireheart rise for 2 days whilst completing the zone, doing events and asking in map chat regularly for people to do story mode I eventually gave up because I always get the same answer “You don’t get tokens from story mode”. Now this sucks because I want to do all the story mode dungeons and then complete my personal story, but no on ever wants to do the story mode! It is the same with the other dungeons, everyone just wants the tokens and do not care about the story I think there should be a system implemented to get people to want to do the story mode more (as well as explorable) maybe allow for tokens to be gathered from story mode or have to have story mode completed before explorable.
As guild leader of newly created guild I cannot edit anything about the guild, called Tnetennba [SCD] on gandara
Hi, I have created a new guild and as the leader I am unable to change peoples ranks and buy upgrades etc. All the boxes are greyed out other than the edit ranks button. Do I need to disband and re-create? I don’t want to do this as a friend has used their +influence scroll thing on the guild.
