That trait layout is the only way to have those benefits. And your reason for lying is your professed desire to keep your build secret. I cant figure out the equipment though, your healing is at least 300 looks like… Actually it looks like i got the toolkit trait wrong, you are using medkit healing increase instead?? Only way you could get 1500 med kit heals, Im not sure why I thought the toolkit CD was being reduced.

You proc burn on crits, you get 6 mights on heal kit, you throw three nades, your pistol CD is reduced, you get vigor on swiftness, and swiftness on kit swap and have reduced CD on toolkit. Sorry but you are lying.
Probably nearly full rabid. 6% condi damage sigil after getting 250 condi damage stacks. He also has an unknown amount of the bloodlust buff.
He is 30/10/0/10/20. He has the CD reduction on toolkit, which is a big give away. Traits are probably V, X, XI, VI, I, VI, VIII

From what I have read in a few threads about perplexity, the 5 confuse on interrupt is supposed to have a 15 second internal CD, which seems both reasonable and the end of this particular version of P/P viability when they finally do so. Imo.
Seems like now it needs to begin casting while facing the character, however, you can still turn away and finish the cast while looking a different direction. If you try to cast it while not facing it puts it on interrupted CD.
Been getting some footage the last few days, have a lot of scenes fighting equal or vastly higher odds in a 3-5 person group. Wanted to get something out before I make a larger video after finals are through to get an idea of what people thought. Will be music and some basic editing in the final vid, mostly want to see if people are interested in group play or solo roaming.
Build is pretty similar to the infamous 100 nades. 30/20/0/0/20. Biggest difference is I take power wrench instead of kit refinement (and did when kit refinement wasn’t nerfed as well, I didn’t like that kind of game play. It disincentivized rapid kit swapping, especially with nades).
Gear is all everything stat ascended and rampager armor, berserker wep. Divinity, sigil of energy. Food: condi duration and precision.
Just watched the latest SOTG and it seems like a few aspects of this build will be nerfed, so who knows what will happen with the patch. Ill have better info in the full vid which will come out next week (though may try to get new footage if things change a lot with the patch).
Pro Tip: You dont have to be facing the target you are pulling. Very easy to juke people with it by pulling them while running away or not facing them.
Use the condition duration reduction food. It gets factored in after all enemy duration addition stats, so is considerably more powerful.
Be calm. Looks like it was just the spam grenade attack that got 30% off. At least it looks like that going off what my tooltips were before.
