Same issue, couldn’t leave my Personal Story Instance, even using the usual workarounds, logged out, now can’t play

I have recently done this on a couple of characters and can confirm that Sylvari have the same issue. The cinematic drops you outside the gate and lets you inside on the 3rd repeat, or at least did so for me on 2 separate characters.

How do they scale differently when they have the exact same stats? The only difference being stat swapping and skins?

There is a bug currently, and has been for the past 6-7 months where legendary weapons dont downscale properly. If you own one, just go try it out.

So you NEED a Legendary to take advantage of an exploit….

Just as a Point Of Interest (pun intended) You can actually get to the Northern Ledges POI without the event being complete, if you ascend the clifftops and treebranches close to the North Western Waypoint (where you enter the map initially) you can get high enough to glide to the POI. I’m not even sure that you need Lean Techniques to get there as I’ve only done it since I maxed the Gliding Mastery (LWS3 has left a lot of the pre-events in AB a bit desolate)

The way up is not far from where you “Meet up with your friends” just East of the waypoint for the HoT Story, if anyone on NA wants a hand to get there feel free to whisper me, I’m on most days

Oh thanks! I’ll have to try that either if I am alt-completing the map or helping a friend do so. Not that doing events to advance the meta is a bad idea, but sometimes you simply don’t have the time needed.

Alt completing was how I found it, as I was doing so during the week Bloodstone Fen was released and the events at North are in no way soloable, at least by me
Now I just need to find a reliable way to get to the cave in South, though for some reason that event seems to still get done most of the time Many more alts to go lol

Filters in the Food Effects section of the Trading Post to filter by effect, so I can search for all foods with Magic Find% or +Precision for example

When getting an Achievement Notification on the right hand pane above the Mini Map, clicking on the notification opens the Achievement Panel instead of dismissing the notification.

I would like the ability to lock the zoom on my minimap.

As a son, as a brother, as an uncle, as a nephew, as a video gamer, as a board gamer, as a lover of Hemmingway, of Terry Pratchett, of Garfield, as a GW2 PvEer, lover of the Warrior profession and Charr race, as a coffee addict, cheese lover, as a former vegetarian, as a medical clinic employee, as an apartment dweller, as a college graduate, as a cat owner, and as a gay man, and as of so many other traits…. Please stop singling me out by a single facet of who I am… whether it be praise or condemnation it does not matter.

For me this is a humanities tragedy, not a LGBT tragedy. From where I stand, if you or anyone else truly wishes to take something away from this tragedy, to do something, then the best you can do is remember: We are all people, so please treat other people as you would wish to be treated. When you feel at odds with another person, try to remind yourself that they are much like you before you take any action.

To approach your fellow man as a person instead of any type of label will do more good than I think you realize. See me as a person, and not as my sexuality; see these events as a crime against people and not as against a category of people. That is what you and everyone else can do.
