Guild Wars 2

I noticed while sitting around in Lions Arch. It’s nice, but it isn’t realistic enough, especially with that acronym.

Can we spruce it up a bit with some city events? Maybe some random things just happen or something you can interact or help with. Some of the following are possibly examples.

1. While at the TP, an armed Skritt or bandit hold it up and possibly rob it.
2. Some shoddy scaffolding collapses onto pedestrians.
3. A negligent Charr mother lets her cub fall into Lions Arch Bay.
4. Norn are having a backyard wrestling match that goes terribly wrong.
5. A local crafting station bursts into flame from old Asuran wiring.
6. Sylvari march through the street for a plant pride parade.

The possibilities are nearly endless!

They can give me all the infractions they want, I’ll repost as often as I want until there’s a non-sarcastic, well explained reason.

All ranger bows, warrior rifle, Engi rifle shots can pierce up to 5 targets, so technically 50k+ damage is possible from 1 ability.

Engi/Mesmer pistol shots bounce, greatsword 2 bounces, 1 pierces 3 targets if hitting furthest.

Ele/Necro staff pierce, bounce, or aoe on target impact.

Even Guardian scepter 2 has a fantastic short cd aoe from range.

Thief pistol all stuck to 1 target and doesn’t pierce because Anet.

On a scale of 1 to Logic, Anet is about even with those Westboro Baptist nutjobs.

Would love to see a dev response on why the decision to remove this trait even came up. You’d think after the dozens of posts with multiple pages on some, they would’ve said screw it, the community is right, lets put it back. At least refund the people that bought a 2nd ascended/legendary pistol.

I would like to throw money at you Anet. The outfits I would like to purchase are not available except for specific holiday seasons. Could you just make all the outfits and skins available all the time? I don’t see the big deal in doing this. The pirate outfit is always available, not just on “talk like a pirate day”. =)

LOL, I’m pretty surethat was me saying, right now! I was kidding of course. It can be a little frustrating though, Sea of Sorrows has been in either 1st or 2nd place for quite some time. This week however, with some luck, we’ve been in 3rd place as I was hoping for the map to rotate. Sure enough we passed Black Gate unfortunately and the few pois and vistas needed are in the Overlook and their Citadel which can be a pain in the kitten to capture. Especially since its so close to their home wp. Not complaining that wvw shouldnt count, Im glad it counts, just wish the rotations were random or sequential. Having to hope you lose wvw to start on a different section of EB isnt logical to me. I hate starting in lowlands everytime.

Today there was someone whining like this on map chat, there was a poi that they were missing, and it was currently red, and if something would be done about that (“right now”).
That’s just cheeky.

Seriously, get over it. WvW maps are relatively easy to do with some work and patience- easier than all the pve maps for sure. It’s just a bunch of poi’s, a few vistas and skill points- most of which are easy.
Plus, if you actually play while you’re there, it’s fun and the map is just something you quickly get done on the side.
