I like your changes to the Domination line.
I disagree with your changes to Dueling. Here is what I would do with Dueling as it was presented:
Swap the entire Adept and Master tiers, just so you can have access to blade training earlier.
Then, swap Deceptive Evasion with Phantasmal Fury as this makes you make a choice between you having more damage with Harmonious Mantras or your phantasms having more damage with Phantasmal Fury. It does put DE against Decoy, which may not be ideal, but you could swap Decoy with Evasive Mirror.
Then, if you still follow, you could swap Phantasmal Fury with the minor Confusing Combatants.

Hey,
I’ve recently been trying a new builds in PvP on my mesmer and I’ve been noticing something. When I block a thief with either scepter 2(Illusionary Counter) or sword 4 (Illusionary Riposte) while a thief is invisible trying to backstab, they will neither take the torment nor the damage from that block. The block goes off, as you can clearly see that it says block, but the illusion does not spawn and they get none of the effects.
The blocks are some of the best damage you can do as a mesmer. This is a single short block, that if timed well, should reward the player, but it ends up being burnt and there is nothing to show for it. Not sure if it is a bug or intentional, but it is very annoying.
I run fractals pretty regularly and I’ve been accumulating ascended armor chests. I’ve noticed that some types (Defender’s, Healer’s, and Malicious) share 3 of the same stat type: Leftpaw – Settler’s, Wupwup – Celestial, and Zintl – Shaman’s, whereas the Raider’s chest shares no stat combos with any other type of ascended chest. Also, Veratta’s and Ventari’s not included in any chest currently.
Current Distribution:
Defenders
Angchu armor (Cavalier)
Beigarth’s armor (Knight’s)
Leftpaw’s armor (Settler’s)
Wei Qi’s armor (Sentinel’s)
Wupwup armor (Celestial)
Zintl armor (Shaman’s)
Healers
Hronk’s armor (Magi’s)
Leftpaw’s armor (Settler’s)
Tateos’s armor (Cleric’s)
Veldrunner armor (Apothecary’s)
Wupwup armor (Celestial)
Zintl armor (Shaman’s)
Malicious
Ferratus’s armor (Rabid)
Leftpaw’s armor (Settler’s)
Morbach’s armor (Dire)
Occam’s armor (Carrion)
Wupwup armor (Celestial)
Zintl armor (Shaman’s)
Raiders
Ahamid’s armor (Soldier’s)
Forgemaster’s armor (Rampager’s)
Gobrech’s armor (Valkyrie)
Keeper’s armor (Zealot’s)
Saphir’s armor (Assassin’s)
Zojja’s armor (Berserker’s)
A couple small changes to these would make them more well-rounded so that at most we would have 2 chests that have the same stat type. I’ll lay out one possibility that would make it so that we might get more use out of these under-used chests (Not saying that this is the best distribution, but I believe it is better)

This distribution keeps Primary stats in their own chests (Defender’s – Toughness, Healer’s – Healing Power, Malicious – Condition Damage, and Raider’s – Power) while distributing primary stats that do no have their own chest between other chests, such as Vitality and Precision, with the exception of Ahamid’s (Soldier’s) also going into the Defender’s chest. It would be great to hear your thoughts on the matter.
