Are the gifts that you craft at lv 400 of a certain profession soulbound or account bound?

For instance if I already had 400 leatherworking on a different character, would I need to level up my main’s leatherworking to 400 to make Gift of Stealth for him? Or could I just make it on my alt for my main?

I’ve been thinking about doing something like this. I’ll give this build a try tonight

Bump. I’ve been waiting for this fix for two weeks now. Reported in-game forever ago. I’m glad there is already a thread on the forums concerning this issue, however I’d love to hear something from Anet about it. It’s just been hopefully sitting in my armor waiting for a fix..

I’ve been using a rifle with elixir gun, rifle turret and rocket turret and I’ve never had problems with groups. The only groups that give me some trouble are packs of ranged npcs that wont clump together. Even then I just drop the turrets and focus one at a time and easy peasy lemon squeezy they are gone
