Because Arenanet doesn’t care.
Normally I like what they’re doing but now I’m really upset about their ignorance.

Meanwhile I can’t even log in….

Ping goes up again to 4000… Its really annoying.

I have the same problem. My ping goes between 1000 – 4000.
Normally my ping is 30 – 50. I’m from germany.
