Did you really make a thread to chest thump about “beating” Anet employees? They were probably trying to do a live feed video, or test content…congrats, you killed them….probably while they were multitasking…..

Sorry to hear that a couple of your larger WvW guilds recently left for BG. Hopefully FA will be able to recruit some new talent and remain competative in WvWvW! Who knows, you may be better off with them leaving!

I would like to point out that when you are in WvW you are on another server without using the guesting feature.

So no, its not the same thing as instanced/otherserver/etc.

When you are in WvWvW it’s the same as being on overflow server, so you should retain the ability to pm people on the guild roster, and remove offline party members, etc.

Still hoping Anet will put the “GUILD” in Guild Wars 2.

I would say come to TC….but we are FULL haha! So instead, go to FA! Speaking as someone who has fought FA in all their matches against TC, and also most of the ones against CD, this server has some very impressive WvWvW guilds who are dedicated, organized, and a pain in their enemies butts! You definitely wont be dissapointed with WvWvW on FA from what I can see from the other side of the fence :P

“The MoS Matchups tools has improved with the new API from Arena.net.

Now, with this API, scores are tracked every minutes and the site displays live matches result. The number of Camps, Towers and Keeps owned by a server are also available.

In addition, a new live map for each matchup is available. This map is updated every 15 seconds and logs each events so you can now find out what happend on your WvW battlefield. Objective names can be displayed on your own language.

Its deeper than that. Its how their server design is built. WHen you are in WvW you are not on your home server and I suspect all the problem lies with that fact. It probably doesnt have an easy fix, and its a relatively minor bug, so it will probably go unfixed for a while longer.

Last time I checked though, I was able to whisper people on other servers, invite guild members on other servers, and kick offline party members who are on other servers…
This still doesn’t explain why they can’t use that same code and apply it to WvWvW

I don’t want to completely ruin the surprise but you should hear something big from us in the coming weeks about this very topic.

Instead of SURPRISING your playerbase, why not start a discussion here in the forums and ASK your playerbase what content they would like to see added, or changes they would like to see made? Involve the community, gauge their responses, and tailor the content based on community feedback, instead of “surprising” us.

New patch coming down the pipe!! Maybe THIS one will include a fix for being able to kick offline party members in WvWvW!! hopes

Keep those ideas coming, hopefully a dev will one day take notice of this thread!!

Not trying to be rude here, but doesn’t JQ have a community forums? Wouldn’t it have been a better idea to gather all your guilds info and links there first, and then make an official post on the GW2 forums, complete with all accurate and up to date info, instead of having to edit your information?

Again, I am not trying to troll your thread, I wish you the best of luck in your recruitment, but to me, as a neutral party, it seems this thread could use a little more behind the scenes organization, since this thread represents your entire server.

Either way, good luck JQ, it would be a shame to see yet another T1 server die and plummet through the tiers.
