I'm missing Lunatic court

I must have misread something, because I was sure that I read somewhere that it would be available. I just spent 30-40 minutes going crazy trying to find Rasmus for Lunatic Inquisition, and it’s not even available again! What I don’t understand is… Why remove content, especially when it’s obviously hotly requested by the community for a return? I don’t like to say things are “easy fixes” in the gaming world, but these aforementioned problems really do sound like simple things. Ex: Add a wall here or make both teams unable or able to jump and reward for participation and not camping. ._.

Dragon Minion Difficulty

First off, I hope this is the right place to put this thread, and that I haven’t copied anything others have said 100 times—I think this is broad enough to cover in a new post. Anyway…
During my time in Ember Bay, which has been probably my favorite new map, I noticed one thing: “new and improved, harder,” Destroyers were re-skinned pushovers. My request is, if ANet is going to make dragon minions with improved appearance because of newly acquired dragon magic (be it Destroyers, Icebrood, Branded, etc.) then please, please, make them actually more difficult, and not by simply making them “Veteran,” but by making them at least nearly that of HoT-like difficult. There were a lot of dissenting voices regarding the difficulty of enemies in HoT, but I believe they were the loud minority. Please, don’t make mobs extremely easy for just the new kids. If the primary mobs are easier, that’s one thing, but the out-of-the-way groups, please let them be more powerful and hard-hitting. I have to get at least 15 Destroyers on me in Ember Bay to finally be nibbled to death.
Lastly, one thing I did like about the new Destroyers was that they were vulnerable when chilled. That was cool, but they weren’t immune to burning like the ones in Kessex Hills are (because of the new plant magic?… I don’t know), but it would be cool to see them also have their strengths. Their should be variety and the need (or reward) for players who adapt to their new enemies, without breaking stats. Future Icebrood could be immune to chill, but hurt more from burning, that kind of thing. Anyway, I hope I’m not alone on this, but feel free to give feedback and input, I’m curious what the rest of you think as well. Thank you for the read!

TL;DR: Harder dragon minions with new dragon magic should actually be harder, not pushovers, and hopefully with their own strengths and weaknesses.

I do see where you’re coming from, you would have liked to find him fully on your own (or him find you) in the game rather than a video at the end, maybe spoiling it a little for you. Personally though, I thought it was a great way to introduce his character back, and it still keeps you wondering what’s going on with him, as he’s still not back in the game yet, and I’m sure the in-game story will reveal everything. This is just another teaser, just like the social media pictures of him ANet has put around. To me it’s better than waiting X amount of weeks/months on top of what we’ve already been teased with, wondering where the heck he is.. Still! Like I said though, I totally dug it, and I’m even more excited to see what he brings to the table in the game next.

Hello, I really just wanted to chime in before it became too late (if there is such a thing), and before I had to go to class. Here’s my top three, and I’ve discussed some of these things with my guild, so I believe these would be many of their top 3 choices as well.

1: Alliances
2: Message of the Day appearing on log-in
3: An in-game calendar.

Reasons:

1: Not only do my guildies and I support this because it was a Guild Wars 1 system, but also we support this because we play a lot with a few other guilds to accomplish larger goals. It is currently possible to “act” like we have an alliance by exchanging one, non-representing member to each others’ guilds, but it would be great if we could have a mode to discuss between our guilds in an alliance chat without having “false members” in a sense.

2: My officers and I fill really good, fun, and important guild information into the Message of the Day; however, even by our most diligent readers the message of the day often goes unnoticed. That being said, even though we actively promote our activities, there are more casual members that miss out on events that we do. If the Message of the Day, or even a summary of the Message of the Day that we can edit, appeared on-screen when we logged in, this would take care of a lot of simple, yet important, things.

3: I’ll be honest, this would simply just be really, really nice to have for what I think are obvious reasons. Hosting events without the use of a website would be far easier, especially for much of my guild’s more casual, get in-game and have fun group. This is because largely, many of them do not think about taking the extra time to go out and check the website for our calendar/posted events. This almost fills into point 2 I have, but is just a little extra.

Anyway, thank you for reading this! I’m really loving many of the proposals in this CDI, I’ve always been an avid reader of these.

Dolyaks, the New Ranger Pet

I think (and truly hope) that this is the right place for this thread. I am posting this on behalf of the entire MOO guild on NSP, and this is for everyone to show their support of dolyaks as the new ranger pet. It would be primarily pretty tanky and be the first pet with a reasonable F2 knockdown/charge skill. To avoid making it over-powered it could have a long recharge such as that of Flesh Golem’s “Charge” skill (about 40 seconds, or even make it 60 seconds). If the model is too large, then the size could be reduced to the size of a smaller Festive Dolyak. Anyway! Feedback/support/criticism for it goes here. Thanks!
