Guild Wars 2

I am getting back into GW2 and I was wondering what would be a good compliment to a Reaper, a War or Guardian? This is mainly for pvp purposes and WvW wandering (assuming the game is the same in where to find good team and solo pvp combat). Your suggestions are much appreciated.

So im sitting at 56% crit base and 60% crit with signet of agility. When I equip a Sigil of Accuracy (5% critical chance) to my weapon it does nothing to my crit. Is it calculated in the weapons on damage distribution or am I just so high in crit now that it just doesnt show up anymore. I can take my weapon off entirely and see no decrease in crit as well. Which is strange considering my weapon has precision on it and that sigil. Can anyone shine a little light on this for me? It would be much appreciated.
