I did 2 purchases in the same time frame, got my $10 one instant and the higher amount didn’t received gems, but i was charged.

Same, just as of right now I did 2 purchases though got the $10 dollar one and the higher amount was charged to my CC but no gems

If those tickets are for the exact same problem, close two and update one only. Multiple tickets for the same issue not only slows the process down for you but it slows the process down for others.

Sadly they’re three different issues that have happened.

Call me crazy, but I do believe some info about the next update, even if it’s just “hey, we’ll give you a potato in 4 weeks” would calm down the people impatience… such is the gw2 community hunger.

While we’d love to give you a time and date of when we’re sending out the potato, remember that during the development process we may discover that a baked potato would be even better. So instead of getting the potato of your dreams you end up with something completely unexpected.

It often happens that a mashed potato with gravy is even better still, unfortunately gravy requires more dev time. So we end up shipping a mashed potato without gravy to meet our promise of ship time or we push back the time and date of when we are shipping again and again. You get your mashed potato with gravy but it is delivered much later than it was expected.

Worst of all that is when we realize that potatoes are way too mainstream and that yams are where it’s at now. And I think we all know how reactions seem to go when we ship yams instead of potatoes.

So in a lot of cases the best we can do is tell you that we are still in the kitchen cooking things up, we’re reading your feedback, and that we’re excited to get the meal out to you soon™.

We’re a 26m and a 18f looking for a pve dungeon guild. We have done a lot of pvp, spvp, and just played the game casually in PVE world map. We want some sexy gear though and other people to chit chat with. We’re VERY easy to get a long with Very easy to laugh at anything that really wasn’t funny.. lol.. and we WILL make you feel lots of shame for dying to a firefly bug! -__________-

Anyhooooo, she plays a Mesmer dps / support, she’s good and doing a lot of reading on her class. She does take advice well and so on.
I play.. a Warrior! I know my class in and out. I’ve been playing warriors in some of the top guilds in W.O.W and ( warrior classes, Gladiator and Templars ) in AION. I do a lot of reading on my classes and know them very well.

We’re looking for a casual dungeon guild. We are always on Skype together, not to fond of TS. but we can give that a try. We tend to keep to our own in our “couple” guild where we’re trying to open the banks tabs, So while we’re doing dungeons and so forward with future guildie’s we will be representing. Otherwise we will be representing our own.

Humm.. so kinda like World of Warcraft. With the dual GS and Dual 2h Axes, I have no issue with it. It thought it was a great idea W.O.W had calling it “titans grip” made me feel beyond bad kitten lol.

People… complain about Mesmers to much, infact they’re beyond easy if you can and know how to target lock, 2 second root inv?… that’s not even good, stun break their combo.. and gg. Unlike.. Ely’s… now they’re another story, the fact that their hp always stays around 90% is what’s making them op, 1vs1 if they’re losing they go away for 2-3 seconds come back with full HP.

Main is a thief, Warrior.. and now even with this latest patch. I don’t even bother trying to solo them lol

Good riddance. Nerf Thieves into the ground so they no longer become the “go to” option for any sort of PvP. Then, after everyone has given up and goes off to learn a real class, slowly bring them back. Don’t even mention it in patch updates, just bring them back to their former glory and let the worthy players take notice.
An example of such a nerf could be +50% damage taken while stealthed.
People aren’t mad at individual thieves, a solo 1v1 with a thief usually ends in victory/ you run away with your tail between your legs, my point being the class IS NOT OP. People are mad at the HOARD of thieves, it’s a profession that works too well when you get heaps of them together. A multiple thief burst will kill anyone straight up, as well as the combined stealth capabilities. Thief works great, and is well balanced… When there’s one… But there is never just ONE.

Now about your shot at Elementalists, I advise that you take your own advice and actually play the class. Burst healing is all we got, sorry we don’t just keel over after you CnD + Mug + Backstab + Heartseeker Spam.
Let alone the irony of stating that another profession should dare be able to escape, yet play one that can ALWAYS retreat. Yes, yes invisibility is not invincibility but to argue that stealth isn’t the best escape tool in the game is foolish.

I personally think thief needs a buff in the dungeon department. Because really, other than Shadow Refuge it brings nothing extra to the party that a warrior can’t do better.

Learn a real class?
You mean like an elementalist spamming 4 elemental rotations
A mesmer spamming clones
A Warrior and guardian spamming whatever it is warriors and guardians spam
A ranger spamming auto attack on short bow.
An engineer being broken like the thief.

Learn a real class lol.

Good joke buddy, why dont you go play a thief and learn how to play a real class, that isn’t just about spamming but more about knowing when to burst and when to do sustain damage and losing aggro.

Oh and try to down play the elementalist, we both know its at a very comfortable position right now that it can face off 3 silver elites on its own.

Yesterday had a pleasure to play with guy running good old 100 blades + axe/shield zerker build. Guy admitted it takes bit more time to get ppl down, but in general he didn’t seem to get affected at all, dropping other players in few shots as usual (including my sorry kitten).

Do you have any physical disabilities? Or were you playing a warrior as well?

If it’s sarcasm, it’s not needed. My post was just to show that warriors are not done and dusted yet. If not, the answer to your question is no, I don’t have any physical disabilities and at the time I was playing thief and soon after switched to mesmer. Question is what kind of player are you? Do you consider yourself newb, casual or hardcore maybe? Now, I don’t need to know an answer. It’s for you, keep it in mind before you ask any more questions or make any assumptions.

The problem with what you’re saying.. you can have 2 pro’s going at it.. 1 warrior 1 bunker D/D Ely or even a Ranger… there is only 1 outcome.. you can only push you character as far as the Dev allow you to. Sure.. that same pro can go into any other battleground and mop the floor with these new people. BUT when you’re in the same ranking system at higher level PRO PVP.. you WILL see the demolition of the warrior class. I say this cause I’ve always been attracted to Warriors in every MMO I’ve played..till this day, I’m trying out WAY to many different spec’s and built. There was a reason, GS 50xB was a good built, it provided you with mobility and burst.. now we have neither. The issue was we got nothing in returned when it comes to PVP. we might as well have a wet noodle to do our dps with. As a warrior you have the mentality when you go into a sPVP. “All in” that’s our job.. we have such “kitten” utilities to escape a situation. We have to be able to “kill” things at the very least. Use our G,S to gtfo of there also..

Warrior hate : Take physical damage by 100% while wielding any form of weapon.

Coward (11s) : kneel to the floor while you get stomped and made fun of

Sure Banners play a role.. god know’s where.. banners? well your teammate will grab that and run off with it lol.. TELL ME it doesn’t happen. Even if it’s not intended.

Kick? please.. if that was a 10 second CD it would be awesome.. Warriors seem to have the worst utilities in game in my opinion.

Warrior’s were known for 1 trick thus far… Frenzy + HB… why the QQ over it? well .. new players can’t seen to avoid it.. they forget you can “dodge”. It’s not as easily to make that combo work at higher sPVP.

Same sense with Mesmers, new players get confuse to let’s nerf them x2 this patch. ( that’s another note )

Still, I have yet to see a game love the ultimate PVP class to date.. after all isn’t “Warrior” well a warrior.. aren’t they suppose to rule the battlegrounds. Beh.. it’s my rant, I guess I will just need to adjust again lol. Still love the game though.

It would make sense “if” we they reduce the incoming damage as well. 50% is just insane for the kittentiest quickness in the game. At least lower it to 25% so we don’t get burst down by EVERY other class while we try to do any sense of dps now.

I’ve been playing for a while now, coming from W.O.W and AION pro PVP. I gotta say.. I was shocked when people call Mesmer’s OP.

1, It’s mostly new players that get lost in the clones so they feel they’re to strong. If you have enough practice at higher ranking sPVP you can clearly see the “Real” one. All it takes is practice.

2, It’s their defensive abilities that keeps them alive, they can’t sit there and take a beating from ANY class they’re like a wet piece of paper. If we don’t have confusion as our best defense.. then what does the class have?

3, Shatter is not as OP as people think, people usually destroy the clones and illusions WAY before they’re able to reach them with their AOE.

Elementalist

1, They have to be mobile as well. RTL SHOULD NOT be able to get a HUGE range in Spirit map IMO.

2, The only issue is see with Ely’s is their ability to constantly be at full HP with their water attunement.

After all, all it takes is some practice to be able to counter them… with every class Ely’s are the ONLY one to give me a headache and hard time, I can burst them down to 20% hp they RTL, or Port and come back in 4 seconds later with full HP .. rinse and repeat.
