Greetings. I am in a very active WvW guild and, as such, I enjoy having a plethora of different/classes and specs to choose from when playing WvW so I often quickly use crafting to level up new toons to 30 so I can access all the slots. My question is: to continue leveling said character, would it be better to just continue in the racial starting zone as if I was level 1(2) or do my story up to level 30 and skip to a, say, 30-40 zone?
I poop on Guardians constantly. I run a Dual Axe Crit build. Just Signet of Rage, Bolas, “For Great Justice!”, then AxeAxe 5 and “Fear Me!”
This usually drops them to about half health, then I follow up with Axe 4, 2, then Eviscerate and they die.
I’ve talked to a few people and has done a small bit of research and have really narrowed my choice in leveling builds down to three.
1) Sword/Sword Crit/Cond build.
2) Greatsword 5 Signet build
3) Axe/Axe 5 Signet build
Out of the three, I feel that the S/S build is the weakest (in terms of effectiveness in leveling) and that (remember: in my opinion) the Axe/Axe build is the strongest. I think that the GS build has more mobility but the A/A build has more in terms of just raw damage.
If you had to level a Warrior (again?) which build would you pick and why? I’m leaning more toward the A/A build because I feel it’s stronger and is a TON more fun in PvP.
