SOLUTION:

Someon mentioned on reddit, that for the pile of phantasmal residue you have to speak to Rox after the last instance “Attack Plan”, when you’ve got the Storyrewards.

Doing so will unlock a chat-option, in which she offers you something she has found, which turns out to be a pile of phantasmal residue.

Worked so far on all my toons and i did recive all the storyrelated materials.

Very frustating until I notice the problem was with the scaling of the page size from the first/represented guild.

No reward chest for me too.

i’m having this bug too

It happened to me too, i solved it changing the voice language from spanish to english or german.

There is no spanish voices but it worked fine until some updates ago.

Mine is also missing
