Helm + Shoulders is the Dark Set, obtainable via Fire Heart Rise (cheapest)/Orr/Malcor’s etc etc.
Chest is the Lionguard chest at Bloadtide Coast (cheapest)/Dredgehaunt.
Gloves are Draconic. Get it on the TP. Price varies for different sets.
Pants is from Arah dungeons, 300 shards of Zaitan.
Boots is HoM, so you must have played GW1, and have EOTN and points unlocked for it.

Good afternoon mate!
Hopefully, if you give Erpic Nation [ENat] (based in Ehrym Bay) a go, you won’t fall off the bandwagon as well :P. To be honest, our guild is rather new-thus growing. Currently we have about 20-30 people in the guild (about 10-15 on at a time, we have people from different places on/off), and we use TS3 to chat to one another. Although it isn’t required to talk, the guild just wants people to jump into TS3 and kick back!
We’re a PVX guild, so besides the dungeons, PvE and PvP (WvWvW), we muck around. Quite a lot. Seriously. Haha! Since our guild is closely knitted with one another, we’re a friendly bunch who seeks to recruit more awesome people- like you. Yet we are relaxed, our guild also has a goal to provide both a) a fun environment b) progressive environment for those who want to get some blood on their hands.

A rather small (yet we want to grow a bit bigger) Erpic Nation [ENat] is looking for more awesome people who can bake a mean pie (because, honestly, the best I can do is make a bad cake). We reside in Ehmry Bay, where we’re currently being ploughed by Gate of Madness (Oh Golly!). Does that make us the elitist-angry-I-am-going-to-be-the-best branch? Nah.
We’re a PvX guild that seeks to let people experience something the game is made for: Fun. Although our sense of humour can be subjective to others; we’re close enough (since we know where we’re all from-thanks to TS3!) to take most things as a joke. We’re a growing guild, so our member base is rather small, but our officers are actively online to meet the needs of the guild. I think we have about 30 in total? Haha.
So, straight to the point: We use Teamspeak. We don’t mind if you don’t talk about at, just as long as you hang around and listen. Our guild knows each other rather..closely-although we’re from different parts of the world (I’m Aussie, they’re Americans!). But don’t sweat! We have some officers from other places just to fit that hole that’s missing. We do dungeons, PvE, WvW. We’re rather relaxed, casual- but if we’re going straight for a point, we aim for it.

Yup yup, it’s best to save all the armour skins until L80 because exp is handed out like candy. However, if you want to transmute L80 armour, you have to get the better one from the gem store, which is about 200gems for 5 of the L80 trans stones. That’s about..77-80 silvers tops?
Aye, that’s definitely from Sparkfly Fen/any 40-50 zones. Some 60-70 zones even have them. Sorry for the delay.

It’s just one of the free-roaming NPCs, it should have no influence on you, like other NPCS. Is it your pet? The bunnies that are released are just for effect during that heart/event, I believe. Thus I have no idea why it is blue and has your guild tag, but when I released the bunnies, the same thing occurred to me.
Move on and continue killin’. However if that’s your pet, then I’m wrong.
And some of that gladiator (20-ish Karma gear). I know that the helmet they always wear is the Barbaric helm.
I’m afraid friend: PvP locker names is NOT the real equipment names.
Duelist Set: Any exotic leather armour between level 70-80 will have the same skin as the ‘Duelist Set’. Just that it’ll provide different stats/names, but it’ll be the same name.
Scaled Set: The heavy armour? Because you can get those from karma rewards in level ~10-20 areas, especially the human areas. If not, it might be a bit higher (~15-25/25-35). The Scaled armour looks is a very dominative look that becomes broad in 20-40 areas.
The Gladiator set in the pvp locker could be the barbaric armour. If that’s the case, that’s some 70-80 blue/green gear, or can be crafted.

Lionguard Soldiers where the funny-crotch-exposed-to-arrows-whilst-my-thighs-are-safe right? Because you start seeing those pants and the set in Sparkfly D(F?)en/any other 50-ish to 60-ish areas. I’m afraid that there is no level 20 version.
Unless you’re referring to the gladiator-style heavy armour at around 20, Kessex Hills/Gendarren fields (any mid 20-30 places) will sell those pieces.
I’m not too sure about the other questions (sorry), but I can confirm the last one: You cannot reclaim it, once it is used, it is used unless you get other transmutation stones to overlay it. No HoM-free-for-ever-stuff I’m afraid.
It’s also the base skin for any Exotic Pit fighter 70-80 helmets. Just look at the icon and you’ll get a brief idea how it’ll look like.
But if you don’t mind me asking, if it’s so revolting, why do you want it? :P
Funny enough, on a warrior I chucked on a stability skill. I “blocked” it and was able to get across to the first platform.
I’m not getting the question you’re trying to ask (because I’m a daft person, apologies), but if you’re looking for the top armour: It’s the Karma rewards you get in the 15-25 areas. I HIGHLY suggest you check out Kessex Hills, by entering the portal south of Claypool town in Queensdale. Upon reaching Kessex Hills, there should an event called Fort Salma, and there’s a heart to “Aid Fort Salma”. Complete and you should get that top picture’s gladiator chest, known as “Seraph-Issued Chest”.
The other pieces of the matching set (excluding the hat and gloves) can be found in the other hearts in Kessex Hills. Only when you move to Gendarren Fields, you’ll be able to purchase the gloves/Helm,
On a side note, I have NO idea where you get the level 70-80 Pit Fighter exotic- and I want it.

The pants can be found from the heart “Help Sergeant Rane”
The boots can be found from the heart “Assist Overlake Haven with the Ettin nuisance”
And the shoulders can be found from the heart “Help Seraph Tripp”. The hat and glove is not available through Kessex hills as I said earlier, but through the events in Gendarren fields.

If you’re rather game to buy some items, head to Kessex Hills, south of Queensdale. Should have some level 23+ heavy armour for you. However, it’s rather recommended that you save up karma and just buy the cheap armour from the trading post-because you’ll need a lot of karma when you’re 80!
