Bump. Really nice idea. And it’s a must imo…
It’s really a shame…..I have a legendary with the stats I don’t want and ready to transmute. Really need to know when I can keep the legendary weapon rarity.
I bought another ascended ring when I already have one. Then found I can’t equip both at the same time. The “unique” on the ring doesn’t say clear enough.
Also since you can have 2 rings under different names with same stats why make them 2 items at all then can’t equip 2 of the same name ones? This is just an extremely bad idea.
I think this can happen with any projectile, regardless of class or weapon. From observation, I’m guessing this has to do with the engine having issues with terrain seams/angles that wouldn’t be visibly obvious to us, but sometimes get in the way when a projectile’s trajectory is calculated. The engine “sees” a terrain angle/seam between you and the target and fails the shot. Other factors are apparently in play, if this is even close to the case, as I’ve stood stock still firing at an enemy ranged attacker and have only one or two shots obstructed rather than all or none. And, of course, this also happens on absolutely flat terrain with nothing but air between my rifle barrel and the enemy’s face.
This plus erroneous Out of Range issues (for which I don’t even have a guess as to cause) means ranged attackers are just the lucky beneficiaries of a ninja DPS nerf. Yay.
That’s really sad…
And you can do the exact same with your North supply camp which I have seen happen a lot. Your not supposed to leave that camp when you got it. Your supposed to siege it up and make them work for it. If they can fall back to that spot every time then your doing it wrong.

They both need to be adjusted.
I don’t understand why this basic of basics is not working. Partying is a main element of any MMORPG. I don’t understand this main server/overflow server stuff. What is the point of picking what server we are going to play on if we are just going to be moved around willy-nilly? If it’s a server being full issue, I can’t understand why the developers wouldn’t create a larger number of servers, and then after awhile of watching server loads, start deactivating servers and have players select which server they’d like to relocate to.
Anyways, enough griping, on to the problem at hand: My friends and I all get this same issue, the error that the player or whatever cannot be found. We can join each other in a party but cannot see each other even though we are in apparently the same server. The join button gives an error as if the character does not exist or cannot be found, even though we can whisper and party chat with each other. Zoning does nothing to help. Logging on and off does nothing to help. We’ve tried several servers and even went on to the lighter loaded Europe servers and still no luck, so I can’t see how this is a server to full issue when the European servers are usually at medium load.
It’s been months now and we still can’t play with each other. We’ve gone back to playing Star Wars the Old Republic now that it has went free to play until this issue gets resolved.
Overflow is to ensure you not to get 10000 ppl on the same map that they overlap each other so you can’t see anything.
You need to invite not join if the target player is not in a group.
And you better use the id.number format.

In these 2 screenshots there’s obviously not a terrain that blocking projectile. Even if there’s an enemy between target and me it should go through according to my rifle pierce trait.
If this is a bug please fix it. If it’s just a block/evade please change the description. Thanks very much.
When I’m using rifle sometimes it shows obstructed even when there’s nothing between the target and me. This happens mostly on gold/purple boss mobs like AC dungeon final bosses, CoF dungeon path 1 first boss slave driver etc. It also happens sometimes in PVP and WvW.
To my knowledge it doesn’t happen on trash/bronze/silver mobs.
Here are 2 screenshot from a 5 min WvW recording and it happened twice in that short period. Sorry I don’t have a screenshot of that on PVE.

Just one thing:
recharge 20% faster is not the same as 20% cooldown less.
in fact it should be 10 * 100/120 = about 8.33 seconds.
no. at least in this game, the fact is they are equal.
when they say recharge 20% faster it’s actually recharing 25% faster ( 20% cd less)

well if you don’t bother to read it’s easy to test anyway.
Magic Find is worthless. Nothing changes.
If base magic find is say, 10%, then adding 100% more would place you at 20%. You should see double the drops.

really read the magic find on wiki. it only turns the chance of getting a good gear to a better lvl. for example if you have base 10% chance to get a rare item, with 100% magic find it’ll turns to 10% chance to get an exotic item,
yeah it’s been 2 months and still no fix…sigh
same. can’t leave. can’t get invited from another group.
no “fix”. it’s simple fact that amd has better perfomance than the same class of nvidia, in this specific game. there’s test report even when gw2 in beta…

same problem. And if you can’t really prevent this, at least make the new dungeon rejoinable!!!
hey this is not a bug. you have to target to cast for effect like this. so it simply means you were seen. no mesmer can cast this overwall without having a target selected there. and it’s not blocked by gate because it’s not a projectile style skill. it just summons beside the target.

It states “Focus skills recharge 20% faster and have increased range.” But in fact the Reaper’s Touch skill range is still 900, regardless of the change in number in tool-tips. As you can see in the screenshot, the distance indicator under Reaper’s Touch skill is still red when spinal shivers is fine.
