To the Arena Net Team,
After playing with the Scourge for a few hours, I noticed something pretty significant in it’s play.
There’s absolutely no underwater combat increases to the Scourge.
Your Sand Shades, the thing that is the essence of this class, the core change, gets reverted back to vanilla Death Shroud. You get access to exactly zero of your punishment skills.
Now, I realize thematically, it doesn’t make sense to have sand related skills underwater, but it pretty much cripples the whole reason you’d want to pick the class once you go underwater.
As for solutions, perhaps you could add back in the shades, but make the F1 non-ground target. Or, if you could add in a separate build for underwater content, kitten players don’t have to manually switch builds in advance.
Just something I noticed. I’m in absolute love with the Scourge otherwise.

Hey Guys!
So, I was doing some WvW the other day, and I came across a Daredevil that seemed to be able to stealth with Blackpowder and … something else.
I know you can Heartseeker through to get stealth, and I know you can use the Bounding Dodge to stealth. However, he seemed to be doing neither of these things (he had the long range dodge).
It looked more like a classic evade animation. Anyone know what was going on here?
So, I just got back into the living story, and I’ve hit a huge snag in my progress. I’m on the part where you have to destroy the ice totem in Frostgorge Sound, and I cannot complete the quest because people are purposely failing the event to champion farm.
There were several people who just wanted to complete the quest, but were unable to do so due to the amount of people who were purposely failing it. And with the mega servers, we were unable to switch maps to find a map that would actually complete it.
It seems to me all live story missions should be done with the instance system in order to avoid such a complication. I don’t mind non-essential events done with people outside an instance, but when it impacts on my own solo play, I have a problem.
If anyone else has suggestions on how I might proceed, please let me know. Otherwise, Anet, could you please do something about it to help many players like me advance?
