I’d say leave the current end rewards the way they are, but add meaningful loot tables to the trash mobs.

Groups that want to clear everything would get additional loot that way, and groups who prefer speed running are still getting their rewards.

Not a bad idea. I suppose allowing variety of rewarding playstyles is a good thing.

Go do a full clear of arah and see how long it takes you. It would have to be a pretty substantial increase to make it worth the time to clear every mob.

That is another issue that should be fixed.

Why do people want to make everything in the game more time consuming? If you want to spend your day clearing dungeons go right ahead. Let people play however they want.

I think the reason those mobs were put there was to make players fight them, not skip past them.

That said, I believe dungeon experience for most people would improve if you were rewarded for playing them like they were designed to be played.

We all know how most people do dungeons: they skip every little thing they can, and fight only what is necessary to get the final reward.

I suggest reducing the base gold/token reward, while giving players more gold/tokens for each mob group they kill and bonus event they complete (this would have to be balanced for each individual path).

So that if you did 100% of the dungeon path, you would get a bit more rewards than you get at the moment, but if you just skipped most of it, you would get a substantially smaller reward.

I’d swear my Male Asura Engineer has a single Female Norn guttural sound accidentally cross-linked. He has one grunt I am certain is pulling from the wrong set.

If you can find a reliable way to get that mismatched sound to play, like a specific skill or action, then do tell. Something like that should definitely be fixed.

Just noticed this when my male Asura had weakness applied on him.

Actually, you’re wrong. The entire world if I remember was the end game. That was the thing at release was doing stuff in the entire world and not just in Orr. When the game was in the early stages of beta, if i remember correctly, there were no waypoints, you had all the skills when you started out, there were no hearts. Pretty sure at one time there was a 100% down scaling too. The problem was, as stated by the first post in response to OP, the rewards didn’t cut it. They weren’t satisfying enough and didn’t properly support the endgame for players. Heck events use to be actually hard too. I think they have to decide right now either between keeping the way it is or increasing difficulty and rewards. The open world is the main draw for this game. It is what sets it apart from others.

Indeed. Success in most events is a matter of time, and not effort. It would make sense to increase event difficulty across the board (with the exception of starting areas), while also increasing the rewards for high level players.

Splitting item stacks

I believe being able to split item stacks would be useful.
Sometimes you want to mail or withdraw from the bank an X number of items, instead of the entire stack.
