Hi,

I’ve bought the plated shield in dragon stand, but the corresponding achievement collection for Machine Shield has not been unlocked for me. The Shield has the skin unlocked and I’ve selected stats & equipped the item, still no joy.

Simple one; Allow me to set certain recipes as favourites to be shown at the top of the crafting list. This would make crafting daily or frequent food items that much easier.

Although the TP is still down, I have a notification for the TP, which is an encouraging suggestion that the trades were not lost.

A few points:
1) GA? Guardian Anchor? Guardian Altruistic? Silly acronym is silly.
2) No content requires this set up.
3) There will always be an optimal dungeon setup, and people will always use it
4) There are groups running to all dungeons with any set up you care to mention – and some that explicitly dislike the “speedrun/skip all” groups.

Sufficed to say, whatever change you make will result in the same situation: small vocal groups demanding optimal set up.

I have no issue with the jump being fixed, I think that’s fair and doesn’t make a massive difference to the fun/time, but what I don’t like (as mentioned above) is the bomb run. I don’t know how you’re meant to do that without people dying multiple times, surely that shouldn’t ever be the design in a dungeon where you can’t repair.

I don’t get the porpoise of this question.

Thats pretty normal though,otherwise youre basically leeching of their guild points to do guildmissions.Asking to Represent is understandable,Since ive seen some people only represent when we do guild missions…for their own benefit.So yeah…if you want to do earn commendations,you should have to do something in return.

Oh I get and understand that totally I totally agree you should give something back and I also know that being in a guild with a lot of people not representing looks bad. It was just I was considering being in both and occasionally doing the odd thing with the old guild when they decided to log on

The best option (so far) is to find a guild that does missions and advertises for people.

You do not need to leave your current guild, only represent another one for a little while. It’s not quite necessary to always wait in LA. Some guilds advertise on gw2lfg.com, under Guild Missions tab.

Well I have a guild that has invited me, they just require 100% representation which I was a little put off by as I do like the few that are in my guild, however I might have to just make the jump.

I set this as answer as it has the most comprehensive info – cheers for advice.

Ah cool, I use gw2lfg all the time, I hadn’t noticed any guild events on there before but I wasn’t ever really looking for them either. I shall keep an eye out from now on, thanks.

First off I know how you get them, I just couldn’t qualify that in the topic limit – my guild is very small;

So I wish to collect up some guild commendations (for ascended accessories for fractals – I do not have many laurels), but my guild is very quiet lately, and even if it wasn’t quiet we still wouldn’t have more than maybe 5-10 people available to do a guild mission, what options are open to us, as a guild, to earn guild commendations?

If there aren’t really any viable options, is my own option to just wait in LA for the guilds who let anyone join in for missions or just bite the bullet and leave my beloved guild for one with, ya know, people in.

This is winding me up to. This has been happening for weeks and there’s loads of previous threads with no dev comment.

I currently cannot see party, cannot see guild and even when I type /g it tells me I’m not in a guild.

Full relog does nothing, I’ve seen no solutions except relogging hoping it will work.

I’ve been having the same problem quite regularly. I thought at first it was something to do with guesting, but I just had it re-occur with people all from the same server. 4 could go in to the dungeon, I could not. Relogging and leaving/rejoining the party did not fix the issues.

This just happened to us as well. Has anyone managed to solve this?
