Hello, I’ve gotten an issue where i’m stuck in my personal story. I was in a party with a friend and we were doing a personal story mission. Just as it was completed and before i got to collect my reward, the game had crashed on me. Upon logging back into the game on that character, in the corner it tells me to read the mail to continue the story. But I didn’t receive any mail, and thus cannot continue. My mailbox isn’t full as i only have one mail in there. Help would be greatly appreciated. Also I already have submitted a ticket a while ago which i didn’t get a reply to yet.

Yea, I guessed that i’d need to put in a ticket for a refund after the patch though i’ll see what happens with the tonic and how it works before i do. And awesome, i got quite a few splitters so getting a lot of charges will be cool.

I had bought the bunny ears when they were on sale for someone, and since town clothes are going to be removed, am I able to put in a ticket for a refund? Also, with all the transmutation crystals and stones and splitters I have in the bank, what can I do with those? thanks for any help i’ll post more questions here if I get any.

HI, I’m posting for my girlfriend, she purchased the game online, and today her IP had been reset and changed, and the link the email authentication didn’t work, and then she wasn’t able to log into her account on the website, trying to reset her password she seems to have lost the email with the Serial Code, is there some way for her to retrieve the serial code? Or should she submit a ticket? Any help would be nice, thanks!

Did they patch that finisher cancel, repeat, cancel just now? I ask this because i see they did put out a patch just now..

well, i managed to fix the issue for me now, though i’m not sure what exactly fixed it, since i know i did 2 specific things and when i logged into the game, no more flickering.

well, actually I got my Xfire to work perfectly now haha, and i got it to work in 3.0 as well. Was an easy fix that i knew i saw before but didn’t realize it was for this specific issue. But yea, now i’m not getting any text flickering and both cards run at x16 3.0. and performance is slightly better, which is still good. I’m sure if they optimize the game for high end pc’s in the future, it’ll be a much nice performance boost.

yup, I’ve pretty much done all that. Though not i’m not so worried on playing on the most ultra settings, I know my system can handle it easy, so i’ve turned some things down, though still keeping it on the high end, since i love how it looks haha. Though it bothers me that the game just doesn’t like cossfire on like skyrim =/ With it on, i’ve now started seeing the same text flicker, but now it’s not just flickering, it’s flickering with the entire text line flashing blue. Even the icon that says “Talk(f)” near npc’s will flicker a HUGE block of blue, and yet running with crossfire off works fine…

So, as the title says, When i hover my mouse over anything in the game, I’ll get this weird glitch where, certain lines of text will flicker. And it’s not consistent, meaning i can move the mouse away and back on the object and it’ll show up fine, but sometimes I can move the mouse just a little bit and a random line of text will flicker in the box. It only happens when I run with crossfire on (HD 7950 x2) If i play with single GPU then there’s no flickering, anyone else having this issue?

I’m curious to hear your opinions on my setup. I’m playing at 1920×1080 on a 23" Acer monitor, max reported refresh rate is 75 Hz but ofcourse it’ll only run best at 60. My system is as follows:

ASRock x79 Extreme4 motherboard
Intel Core i7-3820 CPU clocked at 4.2GHx (OCed)
4x 4GB G. skill DDR3-1333 Ram
2x AMD Radeon HD 7950 (Both boosted to 925Mhz)

I run fine everywhere in the game, mostly 60 FPS occasional drops to 30-40 at some locations, but Lion’s Arch. That kitten place drops me to 15-30 FPS though only near the mystic forge, every where else seems to only be normal 40+ FPS. I’m on the 13.10 Beta Catalyst drivers since i read it was the best one so far for CrossFire. I did do some slight voltage tweaking as well, but nothing too big, just reduced a slight amount where i read was better to reduce and increased a slight where I read would be good to increase (perfectly stable so far, no issues). Only thing bothering me is that this mother board has PCIEx16 3.0 though both cards are only running on x16 2.0 (according to GPU-Z) so, not sure what’s going on there. Anyways, any advice or opinion’s would be cool to hear.

So, after reading everything, i have to ask. I have an AMD Radeon HD 7950 3GB GDDR3 GPU (Not factory overclocked by the way, so it’s at 800MHz), Also i have an Intel Core i7-3820 (4 cores, 8 threads) at 4 GHz. And in LA I drop to 20-25 FPS where as out in the world, the FPS vastly varies from 30-50+ FPS. I haven’t tried the ATI profiles yet which i will. So, I just want to ask for any advice with any setting tweaks to help boost because I’m sure the 7950 and my CPU together is very capable of reaching high FPS in GW2

I have this same issue, I was playing fine for the whole morning up until I suddenly got disconnected and now i get this error. I’m running on Windows 7.
