Guild Wars 2

I brought the primeval armour yesterday afternoon it has taken my 500 gems but I have not received the armour through email or anything

I hope the same I have emailed them a few times but haven’t heard anything back its getting quite ridclous

Iv had the same issue when I brought the primeval armour took my gems but didn’t get me my item but didn’t even get my item

I used gems today before the black lion trading company went down towards the Primeval armour but never got the item but it took my gems anyone else had a similar issue?
