Spectral Grasp pulls you to the enemy instead of the other way around.
This happened to me 2 times I think in WvW trying to pull of somebody from a wall. I just got my face smashed into a wall quite high up from the ground. Anybody had this happen to them?
Did you check your opponent wasn’t a Mesmer? I’m asking because they have a trait which reflects any control effect back to you; i.e.: if you fear them, you suffer the fear; if you pull them, you are pulled to them, etc.
I’m really confused with the “Greater Marks” trait and the blocking concept.
Which of these actions is/are considered to “block” a Mark?
- Activating a skill that blocks incoming projectiles and then stepping on a Mark.
- Dodging when stepping on a Mark.
- Teleporting inside a Mark.
- Pulling yourself to a target inside a Mark.
- Shadowstepping to a target inside a Mark.
I’m asking because, with the trait active:
- #3 and #5 trigger Marks.
- #2 and #4 do not trigger Marks
- I haven’t tested #1
I would like some clarification regarding this topic. Thanks.
I confirm “Marks don’t trigger on downed enemies”.
I would like to comment a possible bug (“possible”, because I don’t know wether it’s intended to work like that): when a downed enemy kill your Flesh Golem, that enemy rallies.
In addition, I would like to stress the already reported and noted bugs:
- Plague of Darkness + Chilling Darkness. Chilling is not inflicted as a result of Blindness.
- Greather Marks vs blocking. Even with this trait, marks are still blockable (i.e.: by dodging on them).
Skills like Corrupt Boon and Signet of Spite often miss, eventhough I make sure that:
- My target is inside the skills’ range.
- They do not have Aegis on.
- I don’t have Blindness.
Finally, the condition damage and duration you gain with traits/runes is not properly displayed in the skills tooltips. Also, I’m not sure if the resulting damage/duration (regardless of the tooltip), are the correct ones.
