Guild Wars 2

I currently have HoT Standard. Is it possible to upgrade from Standard to Ultimate to get all the additional things it comes with? (ex. by paying the difference in price, in this case $50)

Getting more and more annying, as I’m finding vengeful hammers turns itself off in less than a second very often.

Ran into this problem today. I believe I did what horrido.8436 mentioned.
Finished other 2 objectives, but this one remains open. Have to restart mission
