Cannot Use Celestial Orichalchum Imbued Inscription in Weaponsmithing Discovery Pane

-Character info(level, race, profession): Level 80 Human Mesmer
-How to reproduce issue: Created a Celestial Orichalchum Imbued Inscription via 5 fused quartz, 5 ecto, and 5 plated dowels via weaponsmithing crafting. Upon trying to combine the inscription with weapon parts to make a Pearl Weapon (as per the wiki), the discovery pane does not recognize the Celestial Orichalchum Imbued Inscription as a valid ingredient.

Cannot Apply Utility infusion to Vekk’s Solidified Aether Circuit
-Server: Sorrow’s Furnace
-Map/location: Lion’s Arch
-Character info(level, race, profession): Level 80 Human Mesmer
-How to reproduce issue: Had purchased a Vekk’s Solidified Aether Circuit, a unique Ascended Amulet from a laurel vendor before the overhaul to magic find. Was prompted to reset stats. Today, spent 20 laurels on a Utility infusion to fit it. However, the infusion does not see the amulet as a valid target. On right-clicking the only option is “Destroy”. Double-clicking prompts a “move item” cursor instead of an application cursor.

Another person with a non-credited Tome of Influence. When used, it added credit towards my achievements, but did not actually credit the influence towards the guild I founded and was representing at the time of use, and was consumed in the use.
