Hey, i missed the Black Citadel Tixx dungeon and on the wintersday event details, it states:

“Don’t worry if you miss one of the stops. Once Tixx arrives in Lion’s Arch, you can play any day’s version of the airship instance you’d like”

I completed the Tixx instance in Lions Arch and didn’t get the Charitable Charr achievement and i also went to Black Citadel today and the instance wasn’t there. Is there a way to play the Black Citadel instance? :S

Is the pumpkin carving achievement meant to contribute to emissary of mad king achievement? I have completed the pumpkin carving achievement but it didn’t add to my emissary of mad king achievement progress :S

Hey i play a dual pistol engineer and was wondering what is the best superior rune to use which will give me great condition damage? I saw the superior rune of afflicted looked good because of its 15% bleed and poision duration + the extra cd damage on it but I just want to know if there is anything better? Thanks
