Ok I know its been posted before but I would like to add when need the group size limit increased.
They do not need to increase party past 5. Add several options.
“Start Warband” – For WvW increases party limit to 20
“Form Zerg” – Have commander tag on and increases party limit to 50
“Form Raid” – PvE content only, group size increase to 10
This would resolve alot of the grouping issues.
Vindictive is in search of perspective members. I just want to say this guild is one of the funniest guilds I have been a part of.. They are always willing to help their members out, and the leadership is top notch. If interested please go to http://vindictive.guildportal.com or message Tryden in game.
I would just like to say I have ran dozens of dungeons, and WvW with Sigma, and many other Vindictive members. They are very laid back group of people. I would recommend this group to anyone looking for a very social experience in GW2.
The path of the Nerfed Engineer is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of Anet. Blessed is he the Thief, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the nerfed through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother’s keeper and the finder of nerfed children. And I will strike down upon thee with great turrets and furious bombs those who would attempt to poison and destroy My class. And you will know My class is nerfed when I lay My DPS upon thee. – Pulp Fiction
I have watched the recent videos of the so called “gunslinger” builds, and they seem very fun. But I cant seem to find a solid guide for the skill points, traits, gear. Could anyone help me with this
2nd this motion as well
Sorry to break it to you, but almost every major MMO has a bot problem. This is something that will never be 100% wiped out. Once they kill one bot, a new developer will find a way to make another, and the cycle continues.
I just ignore them or train groups of mobs to them and have them killed. Really Fun.
Agree with OP… When we equip 2 Pistols then we should use both on all skills, makes more sense than having the Off hand lay around like a wet noodle.
Guild Wars was meant to be a change from the usual grindy MMO. Many aspects of the game accomplished that from holding areas of a zone against invaders to randomly spawning material nodes that require you to search areas.
One of the aspects of the game that does not follow this is dungeons. Sure, many players have fun doing them for the first time. There are multiple options to try out. The problem is that these options never change. Most of the player base do these dungeons to grind out the rewards. That is inevitable. If you give a nice enough reward, people will go for it. One way to make it not a grind is to make it more fun and to do that you need to make it dynamic.
Make the paths you choose have a storyline like they do now, but make it so the events during said path are different most times. Take for example CoF. One of the parts you need to run the Asura, Magg, through a lava area. It’s the same thing every time. Why not make it so that some times a Champion Lava Elemental rises from the lava and tries to stop you? Or at other times the rocks in the lava spawn in a kind of jump puzzle that you all need to work together with the waterguns to get through?
Take Twilight Arbor as another example. One part of a path is to defeat an evil nightmare tree. Instead of making it 10 minutes of ranging it to death and evading one AoE attack, why not make it more dynamic? One time something goes wrong with the merge between the Sylvari and the tree and it starts spewing extremely toxic poison everywhere and you must stay within a shield cast by your Sylvari companion and you must take out tendrils coming from it to damage it.
You can come up with many variations to make dungeons more fun by making them dynamic. I hope you guys at Arenanet do come up with something like this.
This is a Great Idea. You could even add in what SWTOR did with choices during the story. These different choices would allow for Karma Gain,Exp Gain and possibly leading to different Bosses and loot during the dungeon. Or even cause certain events to happen inside the dungeon.
Agree with OP.. A Sniper Kit would be AWESOME to play.
I agree with the OP. I am not asking for addons. PLEASE KEEP THOSE OUT!!, but let us choose what weapon skills are in each slot (1-5). They should be able to be swapped to chain combos better. More option on sclaing the UI, and Overall layout of the UI…
Anet your considered a A+ rated MMO Company, please fix this HUGH oversight to your current UI.(Bioware was even able to add this in to SWTOR, Surely you can)
Get rid of the constant diminishing returns throughout the game!

The new anti-farming, anti-event, anti-dungeon reward changes have made the game into a massive time sink in order to actually get any sort of rewards, which barely offset the gold sinks in the game (repairing, traveling etc.). With the new changes to dungeons, they are universally not worth doing because you get less reward than the cost of a couple of repairs.
The anti-farming system also makes it incredibly unfun to go and collect materials or try and make money, giving you junk items or nothing for dozens of kills after only a few minutes.
The event diminishing rewards discourage even participating in events, since you get horrible rewards, usually less than what it cost to travel there in the first place.
Dungeons were barely worth doing before given the horrible drops and mediocre money reward, and now with the new “we don’t want you to have fun” dungeon changes, they’re guaranteed to lose you money and waste your time.
All these changes simply serve to alienate normal players and make the game into a giant unfun time sink where your time investment is rewarded with nothing or a few coppers at best.
Please ArenaNet, for the love of all that is great about GW2, get rid of these anti-fun changes.
Sad to say, but Anet is turning Guild Wars 2 into the next FF XIV. Anyone who played that at release knows the restriction to crafting and leveling. If they continue to micro manage everything the player base will find another game. I hope they change this current idea of restricting people from grinding.
This game should be able to adapt for all types of play styles, not just Casual.
Flying mounts would be nice in WVW, so instead of breaking down gates we can swoop in from above and take the keep lol
Even though I know this was intended as a joke, this is what would happen if mount were added. Once you get land based mounts, then its speed needs to be increases, next would be combat on mounts(yes that would be cool), and next flying mounts.
With the waypoint system as it is now, mounts are not needed. They might be wanted for a cosmetic feel, but not needed.
