You really sound a fanboy in love with Anet , did you ever check the post about the crashes ? It’s an out of memory issue of the client not related to the user’s system.
Well, technically they have a fix for that, called the 64-bit Client. Though I am aware that some people also have problems (still in beta ) with this client. I had no crashes since I installed it.
I got two of these and a mastery point on my non-beta char. All through a chest above my map.
If you bought it through Anet you will get a refund for your game if you prepurchase until july 31st.
As a further comment, a refund will deactivate the old account permanently. It may also deactivate the card used to purchase that account in their files so that you can’t use it again with ANet to buy another account. If you have any gems on your old account that you bought with gold, those will be lost. I’m not sure about what happens to gems bought with real money. You’ll need to discuss that with ANet but if you already bought items from the gem store they might be lost also.
not in this case.
For all players who purchased the Guild Wars 2 core game from our website and registered it between January 23, 2015 and June 16, 2015 in anticipation of Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns, we will automatically refund what you paid for the core game should you decide to pre-purchase Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns from our website or in-game store any time through July 31, 2015. If you take advantage of this refund and pre-purchase Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns, all of your current account progress will be kept intact. We’ll provide further details on when refunds will be processed in the next couple weeks as we set up this process.

It’s available providing you don’t already have the HoT deluxe or ultimate version.
They wouldn’t let you spend 2,400 gems on items that you already owned.
If you want another character slot, they can be purchased through the gem-store or on the online store.
The thing is, I bought the Standard Edition and I can’t buy the Deluxe upgrade.
-be reasonable in your wishes-
/examples/
a) several thousands of gems;
b) a precursor of a choice (or even a legendary) (account bound on acquire to prevent market exploits);
c) BIG pile of materials of choice (saaaaay- a thousand lodestones of choice)..any 2 of those should make us happy
Yep, totally reasonable.
And yes I think the base game is worth only 800 gems, because they already sold it for 10€ (which is 800 gems).
For UK Times this should be:
7:30pm-9:30pm
11:30pm-1:30am
3:30am-5:30am
