I have attempted Hearts and Minds four times now and the quest has failed to complete due to bugs, not my failure in the boss battle.

I have personally emailed Game Support and personally submitted two bug reports.

I have finished this quest 4 times now. Due to bugs – three times being unable to hit Moredremoth at the VERY END of the boss fight, when fighting the shadows and opening the rift and you are meant to stun him – he just stands there, INVINCIBLE. Similar to the problem that has been explained in this thread.

Once, the boss was defeated, the final seconds of story froze the party leader and we could not kill Canach to finish the story. The quest was done – I had finally finished it and should have been provided all the rewards I was entitled to. No one from Guild Wars 2 has addressed this, helped me, or provided an answer or solution to this.

This is unacceptable. I have completed hearts and Minds four times but due to bugs, it doesn’t finish properly.

I agree, as such a major part of the game, and the fact that we have paid for this, that this final quest is STILL a bug-filled mess is disgraceful. This is frustrating. It’s like our concerns mean nothing and all the effort and time put in to trying to get past these bugs is all for nothing – we get nothing for it, no recognition, no solution, no support from developers. What a waste of money and time.

For the THIRD time I have been unable to complete ‘Hearts and Minds’ due to a bug.

TWICE, the party leader has died, but it has allowed the fight to continue until Moredremoth has little health, the shadows appear, you open the rift, then nothing happens – boss is invincible because party leader has died. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

On one run through, it bugged out AFTER the final boss had been defeated. In trying to kill canach with his sword, party leader freezes FOR NO REASON and cannot continue. Party leader est position and then FROZE AGAIN on the updraft on the way down. EVEN THOUGH I HAD COMPLETED THE QUEST AND BEATEN THE FINAL BOSS, it still bugged out. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

Anet, I have sent you TWO personal emails and TWO bug reports – so far you have not addressed this issue, you have replied ONCE telling me to report a bug, and you have not acknowledge that I have finished the quest, beaten the final boss, but could not complete the final few seconds of story because of a bug. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

Hearts and Minds has failed THREE TIMES now – even though I have finished it three times. And you have done nothing.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO both in fixing the bug and addressing my personal concerns?

can not obtain this vista in Eradon Terrace. Cow catapult event will not complete. Please help as this is the only Vista I have left for this area.

Bear Shaman Marga broken in Eradon Terrace. Please help.
