The game world is just too large for the population now as well as there being no real reason to leave Orr where the majority of players are grinding..whatever.
I don’t log in anymore either. I don’t see any point to this game. It was fun until I realized there really isn’t any reason to play somehow.
I can’t put my finger on it, the game is great and all, just totally bland and uninteresting to me.
It’s a fine MMO, but it lacks any kind of “hook” for me. Whenever i think about p[laying, I’ve changed my mind before the character select, “meh, why bother”.
I would have explained how his mother was overly promiscuous, and what he should do with his advice.
Haha, no way would I be in that guild or dungeon letting some kid who’s stones have yet to drop talk spit to me like that, haha.
10k in the last few weeks he said.
Proof AN does more than Blizzard?
I’m just giving you a hard time, hehe.
Actions>words ArenaNet, let’s see this in practice.
What can you say though? It’s a B2P MMO, it’s a good game to drop in on every month or so until you get bored and leave again, no worries.
Sure it has all these flaws and more, but it’s not like GW2 is the kind of game you really get invested in long term anyway.
It’s a good game, not much incentive to be logged in, but a good game.
If they would make activities actually reward you, it might be worth logging in to repeat the events over and over..maybe.
To be fair, that was pre release marketing bull.
I agree with most every point, although I have no issues with combat and dodging, it’s an MMO, I expect crap combat though.
If this game had a sub fee I’d never have even considered buying it.
Since there is no sub, I can’t be too hard on AN. It’s one of the best MMOs out there and it’s B2P so..
I have no reason to log in anymore though, the game is boring to me, no direction, no point, nothing to strive for.
A couple dudes in some guild you were in doesn’t represent everyone.
So people who don’t like the game (I do BTW), are too dumb to understand the complexity, I get you now. OP likes game, any other opine is based on ignorance as they furrow their brow in a feeble attempt to understand.
The bots all seem to be 3-5 rangers with nonsense names. I see them quite often, different groups of bots, but always Rangers, always with names like “jhgkjhg”.
Arena Net is losing all respect with me for how they are not dealing with them.
Good golly, i can go find a group at certain spots anytime.
I simply don’t believe them anymore. Everything is “we’re working on it”. Give me a break.
Did you decline the guild invites? If you don’t, they will keep popping up every time you log in with your character. That’s probably what is happening.
Gotta read the thread dude. read the thread.
Decent post until that childish and utterly ridiculous insult/attack in your last sentence. Too bad you had to ruin your entire post with that dumb conspiracy last sentence.
Hehe, my blood boils a little every time I have to take my game time (however small, it adds up) to remove unwanted spam/junk from some script-kiddie spamming so-and-so. Why is the onus on me to deal with these scammers?
AN should (if they have any decency in their bones) immediately begin “working” on an auto decline check box if they wish to allow them to continue the harassment of their customers.
This thread is a little pointless, sorry mate. Just saying. If someone can navigate to the forums, they know this already.

Yes, I sent a guild leader a mail about their auto script on login. It is spam, and harassment. I’ll report them every single day.
Look at the stupid fail guild, had 1500 people or whatever. Ridiculous that this isn’t a bannable offense!
EDIT: I decline on the guild page every time. Next day on login: You are invited to GoKN or whatever again anyway.
Like many others, I like the idea but not the implementation. More often than not it’s a PITA and simply inconvenient than anything dynamic or exciting. I’d be fine with seeing them discontinued or altered.
