If you break down the price of the stuff you get gem cost wise of the ultimate… You pay like $10. So if you’re buying gems anyway, it’s the best way.

Every time I do the puzzle (yes, I do it for fun), there are always a few people porting up. Stick with one.

Perfect World (where I met my IRL husband) had a great marriage system. Even had a daily quest. I’m all for it!

I understand why they took the farm away… It definitely wasn’t how Anet envisioned their leather farm.

I do however commiserate with you.

I’ve been doing homework/online classes on 2 monitors and turret up on the 3rd. Or fold laundry, though I generally stay in my chair. I just won’t be able to farm throughout my ‘home time’ during the day and have to rely on my hour of play time before work to make my gold. I have a sneak suspicion though that the “engi farm” won’t go away, it’ll just move to a different map.

I used mine in fractals yesterday and the Dodge roll was hilarious. I too noticed the weirdness in speed especially with running around LA with speed buffs. If you have a legendary, your footfalls are also dramatically increased

I only get tomes and transmutes from BLCs. I think trash items like that should be removed. I’d be more likely to buy keys if I didn’t get garbage every kitten time. I made the mistake of buying keys before. Never again.

UMAD is a NA guild with casual adults who enjoy exploring all game modes. We do raid practice, fractals, some WvW when the mood strikes (Gates of MADness), and generally explore the game.

We have a lvl 30 guild hall, complete with an amazing SUPER adventure area, discord, and infused cookies. We are new player friendly and you do not need to be 80 to join.

We are most active during evening/night in US timezones. Raid times would be around 9pm eastern time.

Due to the nature of our discussions, 18+ is recommended. We do not take the game too seriously. We play to have fun and we won’t demand you play a specific way. But, we will happily provide opinions if you want. If you take yourself and the game too seriously, this guild is not for you.

Yes!!! I saw a video for it before I logged in tonight and buying it was the first thing I did when I logged in.

I have dreamer and love the effects since I’m a horse person myself.

It does get a bit annoying when I have quickness and it’s a constant loop if unfinished whinnies. I like the idea of a new sound, but I think just reducing the frequency that the sound plays would be perfect.

Thank you thank you for working on bug fixing. I have found that if the instance owner is in the time out box, when Mordremoth enters the last stage, the rifts don’t spawn after the first 1 or 2. If you have 2 people alive that can coordinate heavy CC, it is workable, but tough.

Sometimes the updrafts fail to work.

Also have had issues with people DCing in the last cinematic and not receiving credit.

I’ve helped several guild mates get through this, and the bugs are so frustrating, especially considering the time the instance takes.

I also agree with removing the time out box. It is so frustrating.

I was one of those last year that just couldn’t do the JP and I gave up on it. This year, I’ve done it 9 times, with a 5 in a row streak.

Over the past year, I started taking a Mesmer through all the JPs in the game. ALL. I tried the clock tower and failed.

I spent 15 minutes, after drinking a few beers and some…cough other aids, got nice and relaxed, and every time through, I made it further and further. If you fail at the same jump every time, STOP, evaluate the jump and why you are missing it.

I find the left path to be the easiest, but it’s also because it’s the only path I’ve done this year and muscle memory is what this JP is about.

If the JP is making you mad, you won’t make it through. You need to be relaxed. When you are tense and getting upset, you set yourself up to make the same mistakes over and over.

I was terribad at JPs a year ago. Maybe try to go through the other JPs on your own Mesmer, so you can safety port and learn how to jump with that race. I prefer asura. My husband uses a Charr because he hates himself, but he has done the JP over 30 times in the past 4 days.

Yep. Hubby and I dropped once. I got in, was running around LA about to start crafting and dumped again.

I just noticed this evening that my Flameseeker Prophecies now gives me a footprint! I couldn’t find anything in the patch notes for the past couple weeks, but it is definitely there. Not as glorious as Twilight or anything.

When I was about halfway through crafting it, I was really bummed that it didn’t have any footprints as it was my first legendary.

Same…and it took me forever to be able to login on the forums.

I haven’t been able to log in.

The game says it’s some sort of firewall error, but nothing has changed on that front…and I even had a run around logging in on the forums. FWIW I’m running the 64 bit client.

I’m just about done with my first legendary and I haven’t even been working for 2 months on it. I only play 3 hours a day tops…usually only an hour. I will use the old way of the forge to make my next just like I did with this one.

Legendary weapons aren’t meant to be easy to get. You are supposed to have to work for them. The community asked for another way to obtain the pre and Anet put it in. It’s work. If you don’t want it to take as long, use the forge as much as you can or farm the gold for the pre.

I do the Jungle Wurm every evening, and the other night (while trying to get Caledon Forest event completer), I noticed the Pre event wasn’t awarding me contribution. I am able to loot a seed pouch from all 3 champion mobs, but no medal, no xp, no karma. My husband gets the rewards and he does the same as I do.

I can’t quote because my phone and this website seem to be having a quarrel, but to the PP who mentioned the resources in this game not being adequate….

At least they are listening and working on it, based on official feedback. I have recently come back from a game that had to get all the patches from overseas, and they didn’t even know what the patches contained. Then, if the daddy company didn’t want to fix a bug, they called it “emergent gameplay” and it was just left there.

That, and it took at least 7 days for a ticket response. ANet is amazeballs in comparison.

They are working on the issue, and yes it is frustrating but this game has a ton of content.

Just adding in a +1. Came back to the game a month ago and was excited to complete the story finally. Please fix.
