what u lookin for?

i was wondering if there was anywhere we could post either active guilds as mentioned before and guilds that aren’t dead but aren’t ready for GvG and are rebuilding/traingin, for example we didnt survive orbageddon… currently have about 10 ppl for raids maybe 15 on a weekend. only about 1/3 of which were on the GvG team

yaro i think its the people that are willing to go to an EU WvW league for guaranteed matchups against the other servers…. GF decided we didnt want to xfer to EU because of the ping and time difference

on another note, anybody else notice that this thread has almost 22k views? thats more amost 3x more than any of the WvW matchup threads and as much as about the top 3 threads added together. but that cant be right? arent we just some obscure corner of the GW2 community that nobody cares about? also the first post on this thread is 17 days old, but still cut it in half and the effect is still the same

I think its important for the integrity of the GvG scene that people record their fights and take screenshots of their confirmations(after the vH fiasco). Also, as I understand, a GvG can take place and the losing team can pretend like it didn’t even happen(or lie and say they won). Thoughts?

but is normal wvw attacking towers and keeps or roaming around looking for fights? because for us being asked to help take a tower is like asking us to run a fractal

are we wanting to stay in this tier for as long as we can, or are we only going to stay there for the 7 weeks the league is going on?

if you are planning on staying, we need to know which guilds run traditional wvw raids and put them in a lower tier so they dont break out of our matchup

I cannot speak for my guild as to if we would transfer servers for a GvG league, but i can say that we have only 50 members and we could not care less for PPT. The only reason we even lay siege down is for “zerg bait”. We would be perfectly content standing around at ruins or windmill watching and participating in 1v1’s 5v5’s 10v10’s or even full on GvGs.

i’m concerned about possible lag between NA and EU guilds… does anyone know what pings are like when playing on the wrong side of the ocean?

i just realized that outside of the GvG community, people have no idea what it is about or how we go about it. It makes me wonder if Anet even knows…. also, Agg spamming a twitch feed now makes all of GvG look bad, thanks….

i like the idea of a separate thread for some scrims and details because the fear of the glicko makes it hard for guilds in lower tiers to get official GvGs (imo). And it seems to upset guilds when u ask them to GvG your recruits or to for them to bring 5 more people to pressure us…

Don’t know how I missed that area… also yeah I tried testing a few skills in the water and thought it could add more options in terms of “plays” (for example maybe a hidden portal flank? idk)

Mkay so it’s official you clearly can’t read properly OR don’t understand English. He explained several times spectators or pugs getting involved is NOT a violation- (grounds for disqualify or forfeit)… You can’t control EVERYONE or thing on the server you simple reset the fight and that round doesn’t count… it’s pretty simple logic which you guys seem to be lacking… Since here you are saying “AH!” like you’re in the right…
