I don’t see them ever doing this. They’ve thrown out the support roles from GW1 and just made everything a dps race.
All the content is catered towards berzerker specs. If you aren’t DPS specced then you are a hindrance to the party because the dungeons don’t require support specs like GW1 did. They’d need to redesign their whole combat system if they were to make support viable.
While I’d more then welcome this change, it’s just not going to happen.

They are looking for a PvE only dungeon guild. NOT a PvX Everything Burrito guild like you have offered that spams threads blindly without looking at them.
If you’re really trying to get members take the time to personalize your recruitment spam towards that individual instead of spamming dozens of threads with irrelevant nonsense.
Zerker will always be the best set up for dungeon until they inevitably change their combat system.
This game has no build diversity, compared to GW1. It’s black and white, either go full dps or be a hindrance in dungeons.
Once they remove the armor stats and go back to the system that GW1 had of builds being reliant upon your rune selections and skill loadouts, then you’ll see a more diversified game environment.
Still waiting for them to change torch and shield. You can only get upwards of 900 damage with burns, meanwhile glass cannon builds are still hitting for 2k-3k a swing with sword.
It’s fake, stop re-posting it, all it will get you is suspended.
Sadly the chances are that it’s legit, they’ve had these leaks several times prior and were all real.
These changes are unconfirmed, but this does not make them fake. Please don’t go saying it’s fake without any actual evidence first.
I asked Lauren about this today. She had no idea what I was talking about or what ‘ascended armor’ is.
So my guess is it sounds like you don’t need Lauren involved in this at all.
Lauren is such a classy girl.
I don’t see that happening for the minis that came out of the Gem Store. Minis such as Foostivoo being from 2012 would lose their purpose of showing that a player had played during that holiday season.
GW1 had done this with their annual mini-pets and festival hats, and I’m glad GW2 is keeping up with that tradition of having exclusive festival items.
Make Scarlet the reason behind everything.
Guardian’s Orb of Wrath tooltip still needs to be updated.. The activation of the skill says 1/4 second when in reality the actual casting time is 4/5 second.
It was already insulting enough that those who bought Digital Deluxe during pre-orders believed that it would be a temporary edition and turned out to be in the cash shop all year.
Now adding this is just a further slap in the face. Let’s just add the rest of the contents to the gem store and be done with it.
I could totally do this on my berzerk ranger. All I need is to spam auto-attack on my shortbow.
Why was Lightning Flash nerfed? It served as a popular stunbreak in most builds and was hardly ever used to conduct damage. Compared to Mesmer’s Blink which has a 30 second cooldown and is a stunbreak, Lightning Flash is now a useless utility as it no longer stunbreaks.

There was a red post mentioning that they’d be added after the update today. I just have a feeling the drop rates ridiculously low.
