Give Yak’s Bend a try. I moved here recently from Sorrow’s Furnace and the community in Yak is wonderful. I think it’s because the alliance and their leaders are awesome, relaxed people that know how to handle the community. My guild really felt welcome here and the our strenght during day time is overwhelming. Oceanic people will have a great time in our server.

Resurgidos [RES] is a small latinamerican guild that decided to move from Sorrow’s Furnace to Yak’s Bend less than 1 week ago. We are enjoying wvw in a much healthier way now.

We wanted to get in the right foot this week, since last week most of us didn’t show up for reset and NSP owned us and played much better during the week.
We made it. Sorry to ET, since we were doing some spawn camping in EB, now late at night. Just chilling. No hard feelings, tomorrow will be a new and long day in the battlefield.

Yeah, I like to PvE. I like to WvW too. Yeah, I joined WvW like 3-5 hours after reset. Yeah, I was having fun with the new content.
Yeah, NSP had all the maps. Terror was in nerd rage state because the other guilds didn’t show up for reset. It was very unpleasant to be there, reading all the insults, bullying, even racist comments (We have a very large latin american population, I’m from Chile) and we must deal with racism everyday in SF, it’s a shame.
So I just left the battle. It wasn’t fun to be there at that time. Later I’m informed that Terror is leaving the server because of these events.
Well, I prefer to be in the same tier or even lower, but not have to deal with racism, bullying and tears, because I decide to enjoy a PvE weekend event.
I had a lot of fun the 2 previous weeks and I wanted to have fun this week too, I’m disappointed that because of the PvE event and the improvement of NSP, somuch tears were droped in our server and a lot of wvwers are leaving.
I think this week was just a setback for SF, but if more continue leaving then it is harder to come back.

Anet: you have to fix this. We don’t want another fiasco like this again. Make events for less people or improve your engine. You keep failing at every stress test you perform. Someday your loyal playerbase will say enough. I’m very dissapointed about the weekend. A 20 slot box is not enough to forgive you and RNG gods didn’t want to give me a precursor.

I think the minority here had a great time. The minority with cutting edge hardware and the minority that got precursors as loot.
People with regular and subpar computers are not happy right now. People that wasted 3 hours of mindless lagfest and got disconnected in the end with no rewards and people that didn’t got precursors are not happy.
The only decent thing of the weekend is the new dungeon and that wasn’t part of the event per se.

This failed for me too. No precursor. Just lag and bugged unfinished quests. Shame on you ANet. Really.

I went to LA overflow and no NPC left there to deliver the item. I guess they are in the new map, but they are too bussy doing events to talk to me.

SF here and we won’t stay in T6 for long. Lost last week, steamrolled by Yak’s Bend and now by EB and NSP. In T7 we seem to always win, but I guess that can change too since our last match in T7 was actually a fun one and more challenging.

I hope that with the restrictions to transfers, we can get better wvw experience here in SF, we need to build community. A lot of bandwagoners left and continue to leave and the server lacks the wvw population needed to advance in tiers. With low numbers, the motivation to play diminish and people prefer to simple pve and quit for the week, hoping next week will be better. That’s why we play from friday to sunday at the most, but then when we start losing we quit fast. There is an important lack of good commanders aswell.
Anyways, it has been more fun compared to the Yak’s Bend massacre from last week.

You should edit the section of the 2 gifts from crafting, since one of them requiere 100 Lodestones of some type, that are very hard to farm and cost around 1g each, so it’s another 100g in there. That should be included in the guide.
Great guide btw.

Can we get an official response to this important issue for us asurans?

I did it again and this time everything was different, even the boss phases. This time it went without bugs. Crazy Personal Story.

Hello, I did this mission and after killing the Eye, it turns into a King, but only in sound, no cutscene. Then the Eye comes back with like 1% HP and it’s unvulnerable. I return to the beggining of the mission, kill a couple of mobs that respwaned and then I’m able to hit the Eye. It dies but then nothing happens and I’m force to leave the instance.
I haven’t tried again, but is this bugged or not?

Of course you can get a Legendary in one month if you a guild to support you or you do nothing else in life but sleep and play GW2.
A Legendary is suppose to take way more time. Playing a lot, it should take 6 months to even maybe 1 year, for most of us regular players.
In that time, you’ll have plenty of lodestones or maybe not, but the rest you just buy them. Let’s say by the time I get my precursor and I’m ready to craft my legendary I have 10 lodestones from my casual farming. Well, I will have to buy the other 90, because farming them would be insane. It’s way more cost/effective to farm gold, then buy what you need. Also you’ll find during your play time, other lodestones that you can sell to buy more of the type you need.
Just chill and try to enjoy your ride. Otherwise you’ll get very frustrated, because this is not intended to be farmed/pushed like this. These few players that are doing it used exploits some of them and all of them used whole guilds to back them up.
Try to have fun, this is a loooong run effort that sums all of your adventures in Tyria. Otherwise you’ll burn out and rage quit.

I can’t “buy more from the Trading Post” when right clicking on the result item of a recipe.
You can buy the materials to make the result product, but not the result itself. CLocking on the “buy more…” results in nothing.

I’ll answer your question OP: Yes, you are wrong.
