Support ticket turn around time?

Is 2 weeks and counting a normal turn around time for a support ticket? Perhaps a shawshank method should be used and a ticket should be opened every week or with every crash?

Opened a ticket two weeks ago about crashing BSOD with the “no bone with that name” issue and still haven’t heard back. Whats the best way to get support?

this same thing is happening to me, same log every time i crash.

Does smaller person have smaller spell radius?

What I would be really curious to know is if the “target reticle” for an AOE spell scales with toon size? It should be the same or you aren’t going to know if something is truly going to hit, if it does scale that certainly would need to be fixed.

those pics don’t seem to lie, I have noticed sometimes with area spells I see them hit things on the outside of the apparent effect. I play small, it could be something where the actual range and the displayed are different.

I’m with the OP, I dont think there are individual machine issues with people. Seems like the game isn’t optimized for as many configs as it should be.

My bane seems to be the Norn Home City, every time I enter I have to set all my graphics to low or the game crashes. Same happens in certain water areas where i know if i go there on high graphics i’ll crash. The game clearly seems to have issues.

I do get a kick out of so many people asking “have you updated your drivers”, that should be second nature to every PC gamer.
