Xutt was stuck twice in Jades Quarry today. Does the pirate have to wake up and talk to Xutt, or anything else? Seems like he just stands there waiting for something to happen.
Teq is way too hard. I’ve tried it at least ten times, and my server has never come close.
GW2 is a game. Games connote fun. Wasting time is not fun. And trying to complete a task that is so very rarely successful is a waste of time.
I refuse to waste any more time on Teq. Once more, Anet bowed to the macho idiots, and ignored the casual players.
I have completed the Cragstead instance, but the skill point and POI were not in it or available through it. When I tried to get to the points afterwards, I get an NPC who wants to let me recap the instance. So how do I get to them? Do I have to complete the razing? I hesitate to do this, and find out it still doesn’t provide the points, as I am a low level character who just wants to get this zone done.
Dukemarz, I assume getting those two (the skill challenge and the Warmspring POI) have not changed by Cragstead. Not saying why to not make any spoilers for those who want to explore their way to them, but if you’ve done them before, you might remember why.
The new POI (Rugnar’s Steading) is also achievable without doing the instance.
Is there any way to get to the warmspring grotto point of interest or skill point without doing the Cragstead instances? (Assuming you can do them when you do the instances.) My other characters were able to pick these up before the razing superimposed Cragstead over the NE corner of Wayfarer Foothills.
The risen nobles have been given a new aoe that forms a red circle of flame. They seem to be able to fire it off at will. Three or four of them will kill you instantly. I went through this instance with another character a month ago, and they didn’t have this skill. It was hard, but I got through it. They need to take this skill away from the risen nobles, or the instance will be impossible to complete without a full complement of helpers. And even then it could be problematic.
