How are people being motivated to quit playing?
They would have to increase the monthly reward x6 as well.
What if you despise crafting? Again you will be forced to play the game in a way you don’t want, in order to complete that daily.
Not all guilds require every character on every account that has at least one character in their guild to be repping them and only them at all times.
Just because that is what your guild expects doesn’t mean that is what every guild should expect.
You forgot one important piece of advice: First do a search and see if your idea has already been suggested.
Creating a duplicate thread is not likely to get a suggestion implemented, while posting in an existing thread with new comments and/or ideas will avoid rehashing what has already been said before.
Adding a way to inspect others would just cause more people to start worrying about what gear or specs other people have.
Leave the nosiness and egos in those other games and keep the fun here.
I really hope devs are reading this thread. This is a simple solution to a common problem that is hurting gameplay. I literally have not played GW2 since I posted this thread….been sitting at the World Location screen all day trying to transfer.
I doubt my experience is unique. In fact, I know it’s not. Please, please, pleeeeease put together a server transfer queue system. It’s simple.
Please.
I doubt they would bother working on a system that will be unnecessary in a few days.
After the patch the server populations should all start to slowly decline in population, and everyone should be able to pay to transfer to whichever one they want.
I’d imagine that if they are going to add another profession, it will be one of the ones from the original Guild Wars that did not make it into this game.
You still have a few days to transfer for free if your server is not populated enough for your liking.
The devs have already mentioned that they are working on improving the way we find groups ingame. As for voice, it can cause problems, not just with obnoxious and immature people as the previous poster mentioned, but it can also cause a lot of lag.
Thought it would be reasonable to suggest that we’re able to refund the armour for the tokens we used? I don’t see how it could be exploited or used in the wrong?
I don’t know if it is wrong or an exploit, but being able to get a full refund would allow people to swap their armor for a set with different stats whenever they respec. I’d imagine the devs would prefer people run the dungeon for those extra sets instead.
There is a confirmation window when making purchases for a reason, to prevent people from misclicking. If they make a second mistake by confirming their first one was correct when it wasn’t, there is not much more the devs can do. Adding a second or fifth confirmation for everything is not a viable solution as the people that hastily confirm their mistakes without making sure the first time will likely do so again and again while everyone else will just be annoyed by the extra unnecessary clicks.
