Upgraded my pc to windows 10 pro and now i cant play gw2 with the 64 bit launcher anymore…. here my dxdiag info

Is there a way to fix that? to run the game with the 64 bit launcher on windows 10?

I have direct x 12 installed but when i try to launch the game it say that i dont have direct x 9 installed ….. i tried to install direct x 9 but i need to have an older windows OS to install some1 told other to download it there so… that why i tried it https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/support/Unable-to-initialize-3D-output-4
PS: I already did the repair but still sames problems…
Edit: Nvm found the “bug” …. my 64 bit launcher from gw2 didnt work with windows 10 yet… well look like that for me at least because the 32 bit launcher work well rofl

How can we lose the participation % on HoT map for those box reward? can i lose it when i get the last box? (i think it was the 3th~4th reward box?) or when i change map and come back?

How many token we can acquire per dungeon run? like the first run/first of the day and those “repeated” run?

Alright but if i unlock like armorsmith and chef at 500 if i switch armorsmith to weaponsmith and get it 500 will the armorsmith 500 still be there if i switch to it again? (we can use all those crafting on 1 char right?)

If i get my chef and armorsmith to 500 will they be 500 on my other char too? or only this one?

Actually have 0 rune on armor.. (well only those that come with it) and i want to spend like 10~20 gold… (for now) but can spend more if worth it… like up to 60 gold but that all the gold i have im poor ya know! and have Black Lion Salvage kit (actualy have like 200 of those) to remove them later when i find better gear (or ascended yeah i wish) so i’d like to know what are the set of rune i need

how can we obtain that mentor tag anyway? found this pretty usefull in the labyrinth and id like to use one when there no one to “lead” the group

Well what do you guys do with Nougat Centers / Chattering Skulls / Plastic Fangs / Piece Of Candy Corn ?? Should I change them for Gibbering Skull / Tyria’s Best Nougat Center / High-Quality Plastic Fangs / Candy Corn Cob? or Keep them to craft stuff?

used a schrool to 30 too and a birthday boost (yeah they are old) and with 13h left on it im already at 72 ^^ prob gonna get the last 8 lvl with crafting if it still give lot of xp

Take your time and play with the character builder to decide what you want to play.
For PvE + WvW staff with focus on power (berserker) is usually very solid. In WvW a bit defensive might be good but not to much.
When you are through a dungen and left. You start all over if you want to do it again. Just create or join a new party.

Does the dungeon track reset? like if you unlock all chest for 1 dungeon will it reset when u got the last chest or u need to do something to reset it? and what should i buy with my Laurel to make it worthy lol

Alright i see the dungeon track now and why there a timer on 1 of them? if i activate one unlock 2~3 box and activate another one… will it reset the other one? hope you know what im trying to say….and wow its like 1400 flame legioc carvv for 1 whole set O.O and what do you do with karma point to make them “worth” to spend?
PvP is that easy..? like… even if youre a noob can you get those exotic reward ? even when you lose? XD dunno how the pvp work yet :S

I will prob play PvE and WvW for now cuz pvp will kill me easy XD and what is “night time” dungeons? o.O and is there a good place to buy Berserker gear with Karma point? (have like 180k left)

When it say like… Berserker gear what does it mean? gear that have the words Berserker in it? and does condition damage still “viable”?

and i use Privateer rune on my Carrion gear…. dunno why.. (maybe because of the magic find when the game was release lol..) so should i change them too? and my weapon have a superior sigil of blood on it and an unused upgrade slot

Actually this Magg CoF run still give lot of silver i receive 26 silver each time i run it but somes people receive 1~26 silver too… dunno what system they did there honestly lol random silver drop from 1 to 26…

Yes theres an exlpoit with ppl jumping over the door before the bomb explodes, the whole pug community on my server is exploiting that as we speak.

You’re right even in my server they just doing it so i dont realy do this dungeon alot of time now… and when i do they want to jump accross that door .. i tried to explain them it a glitch/exploit they kick me from the party just…%$$#$

Well u let magg die and not defending him when he plant the bomb then u jump accross that gate doing the ritual room event (1 chest) then u talk to him for him to plant the bomb without defending u just stay in the ritual room and wait there till the door explode then u got the chest outside (2 chest) and again u run inside for another chest (3 chest (Double end chest)) ….. that the glitch…. but when i did the dungeon properly while doing everything right the glitch still go on if Magg die at 100% (as the other guys say in hes post) … so honestly.. they should fix this thing realy hard because of that lot of people glitch without knowing it and while alot of people do that nobody should know if it right to do it or not…

I’ve noticed this behavior as well — If Magg dies at almost the same time that the bomb timer reaches 100% then the “event” will reset but the wall will be destroyed and you could potentially engage/start the final encounter. I would assume the proper ‘fix’ for this would be that if the event ‘resets’ some method of the wall respawning should be in place, but I’m sure that it’s something that’ll flesh itself out over time.

So if it a glitch will i get banned? o.O

People exploited a weakness in game mechanic and instead of fixing that exploit they made certain encounters impossible to complete without exploiting. And the argument for this: because it was too easy.

Tried it with another group, better equipped (all exotics) and a better group setup (2 warriors, 2 guardians, 1 necro ), still the bomb-encounter was more a “wipe and release so npc doesnt die” than really defending him.
It really leaves a bad aftertaste and I wont bother with this dungeon at all anymore until it is properly done.
