World 1 Zone 3 Tribulation Still Locked
in Super Adventure Box: Back to School

You just answered your own post. Gotta wait until the countdown trickles down to zero to receive content credit.
First of all, shout out to the devs who created a very challenging and unforgiving mode in SAB. They’re quite some bugs that need to be ironed out, bugs that are not from player error, but from physics collisions. Aside from that, I had a complete blast and I hope to see more of such challenging content in the near future. With that being said, post a screen cap of your 100% TM completion!
Thoughts & Tidbits :
W1Z1 : The jumping rock section at checkpoint #2. Couldn’t count the amount of explicitive words used for this section alone.
W1-Z2 : Aside from struggling a bit in where you have to jump across the lava while avoiding getting knock backed from the big jumping rock, zone was cake.
W1Z3 : Surprisingly, this zone was actually the easiest for me.
W2-Z1 : I did this zone pre-patch nerf on the water spouts, and I only had issues at said water spout area section. After patch nerf was implemented, zone was a walk in the park.
W2-Z2 : This zone took me a while since spike traps were literally scattered close by to where you needed to jump to avoid certain death. The constant deaths from the tribulation cloud around the pagoda block puzzle wasn’t fun. In the near future, I would like to see trib clouds have a scripted pathing area, and not sitting in a static position all the time.
W3-Z3 : By far the most challenging of the zones. The concept when you had to rely skill and sometimes eye squinting at your screen to see where you are jumping next while holding the balloon in near pitch darkness was great. this map made me really take it slow and not rush & hurry to the next checkpoint. I enjoyed the fact that this zone had the most platforming by forcing you to take lots of side routes towards your next objective.

As a zerker guardian, I have no issues farming him w/ 4 gambits on. I say 4 and not “5” because, my guard isn’t decked out in full ascended to make up the damage for squeamish gambit, and the quaggan gambit hits me too hard :-(
Awesome. Thanks Anet for promptly fixing this.
On one hand, i would say its nice if badges no longer drop from JPs. theres no more need for ppl unskilled in pvp to be utter cannon fodders for campers who take the best ground against the worst players in pvp. On the other hand, why do the JP anyways? The loot is hardly superb. and most of the blueprints arent that hard to get anyways. (i like doing the puzzle anyhow, badges or not)
I keep a stack of siege plans of 10x each for those “just in case moments”, plus it’s free siege. Anything free is good. Sometimes if a commander asks in map chat if anyone would like to donate siege, most likely I throw a couple of my extra plans their way, since they’re the ones leading us to victory – so to speak, and are normally the ones that spend siege out of their own coin. I would like to think some PvErs do the JPs in order to get the free siege and donate to their guild members / commanders who actually spend most of their time in WvW.
What gripes me is that when I did OS (it was empty when I did it at the time) there was no badges. Imagine being on a server who isn’t so lucky and getting camped within OS, only to finally reach the chest on top and find out all your measly work is just for an arrow cart or flame ram blue print + 2 -3 random greens, and some crappy coin. If that’s the case, there would be no incentive to actually go inside OS – except to JP grief/deny the people wanting to get the chest up top, since most of the blueprints are dirt cheap.
Be nice boys. Some people just like to share.
For the fact OPs post has nothing to do with any actual GW2 discussion, aside from watching a stream of having someone else play GW2? It’s also PvE content, which is pretty much straight arrow stuff. There isn’t nothing here that I can’t find out by myself or reading up on Duffy’s website. Posting on a game discussion forum is bad advertisement imo, and tacky.
If you want to meet new people, why not, ya know, play it and have fun.
The attachment gave me a chuckle.
@OP
In relative sense, a true gamer wouldn’t care what sex you are, rather it would be male/female/ferret. – If people liked/enjoyed your stream, you’ll gain followers (subs)… Selfless posting of your headshot to advertise to your stream link wasn’t really needed.
sounds like a fix to me
PvErs shouldn’t be able to collect their badges of jumping.
Inb4 fracking achievement chests….
Doesn’t matter if it was an intended fix or not. The issue is, I should still get receive my badges if there wasn’t no listed “fix” within the patch notes stating that doing WvW JP’s will no longer reward players badges of honor.
====
Below are two screenshots of myself not receiving badges from WvW chest’s. First one is from EB, and the second one is from Emerald Sanctum.
I can attest to this bug. I have done the WvW JPs on green/blue/red side respectively, and I only received my usual random siege plans / vendor trash, but zero badges. I haven’t done EB JP yet, but I will update and post a screen cap if it happens in there.

I’m not sure how relevant this video is to the newest patch, but it was posted 3 months ago and it what I used as a starting guide in order to level my guardian to 60. I ended up crafting the rest of my 20 levels up to level 80.
As for leveling, you’ll be using power (mighty prefix) starting out. Around level 21+ is when you’ll start seeing dual prefix traits. Upkeep your gear (including trinkets) every 5 or 10 levels via TP. I did mine every 10 to save up on coin.
The way I did my storyline and leveling was to complete all the heart quests + uncover map to 100% completion THEN do the storyline until it “ports” you into another leveling zone. If you’re finding trouble in having the heart quests become red, you can substitute some storyline questing just to level match you for the next heart quest you’re heading into. After you finish up and uncover your first starting race map (should be around lvl 14+), I would recommend choosing another starting race area to complete, before going into the level 15-25 zone over. This will allow you to have some padding into the next area and you won’t feel as squishy.
I chose GS for leveling as it’s great for AoE pulling mobs to finish heart quest faster. My offhand was staff for +might stacks and a +swiftness circle that you can give to allies or to yourself to get around faster on the map.
As for crafting you can craft at anytime, but I would advise to stick it out until you’re around lvl 40. If you stick it out to lvl 50, you can take up cooking to 400 – which is by far the cheapest craft profession to level in the game. If you do this path and end up being a lvl 60, you can do a nice Dynamic Event chain in Fireheart Rise which can take you all the way to lvl 70 if so choose, and skip heart questing/storyline all together. From lvl 70 onward, you can either choose to craft or play catchup with your storyline for easy XP and then grind out the last few levels you have left to lvl 80. The link below is what I used for any sort of crafting by initial starting cost and current TP prices:
Hope my post helps you in someway.
— Happy questing.
