So…. I was looking at how to get 150 AR – the suggested amount for Fractal level 100. I’ve done some searches but just want to be 100% certain that it’s NOT possible to put two lots of +7 Versatile Simple Infusions on each Accessory piece, as well as NOT being able to put the same two infusions on an Amulet? Please confirm?
If that’s right…
Armour = 6 × 7AR = 42
Weapon = 2 × 7AR = 14
Amulet = 1 × 7AR = 7
Accessory = 2 × 7AR = 14
The maximum predetermined AR, for the above items, seems to be 77AR…which leaves 73 to be split between 6 others slots:
Backpiece = 2 x XXAR
Rings = 4 x XXAR
Therefore, I would need to craft 5 × 12 Agony Infusions and 1 × 13 Agony Infusion…. expensive! My Bank Manager is going to haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate me!
Thanks a lot. Will give it a go.
Fractal Dungeon, the thermal reactor map…
Please will somebody explain to me how this achievement works? The description reads,“Defeat Subject 6 after causing it to gain maximum stacks of overcharge without exploding.Make Subject 6 as tough as possible. You can handle it”.
My question is, is there a way to monitor these stacks so I know when the correct time for my team to kill it is? Presumably, there’s a window of opportunity when it reaches its maximum stacks of overcharge and explodes – I just have no idea when this period of time begins and it seems to explode all the time regardless of whether its charged or not?
Thanks.

Deso.
A couple of runners’ up…
3rd Lelabot – Really nice lady with super sexy accent.
2nd Rox the Fourth – Great tactician, glad this bloke is on our side.
1st – Ins for Da Wagh – My esteemed Guild Leader. I’m 34 and have been online gaming for nearly 2 decades; it all started with AOL’s PVP 3-way team-based Magestorm in 1996. This is one of the best online battle experts I’ve played with and I would definitely put him in the category of one of the best in this game. People stop whatever they’re doing and come to WvW when he’s online. He commands large zergs of 50+ people so easily and nearly always with results. A truly great GW2 player.
Thx Desolation for support. cound’t made it without you.
Best regards
Gratz , but please don’t use the “Ultimate Dominator” title while commanding , you will scare our bags away .
Big grats on the great achievement.
I am presuming this is you, who I had in my crosshairs a few moments ago….. a big thanks to you today too, from all of Deso, for contributing to our Ultimate Dominator titles. I think a few of us managed to tag the remaining runners before they splattered themselves off the cliff.
Best regards.

OS Jumping puzzle, rarely do I go to this, only if there are APs on offer. In order to avoid the obvious pitfalls you expect from this, I attempted it at around 3-4am this morning.
Near the end of the JP, I got ganked by 5-6 Augury Rock players – good pvpers I’ll give them that. The players who ganked me and a guy I met along the way were from Guild ‘PuL’, I saw some were fairly high ranked WvWers (silver rankings), certainly clearly play this WvW much more than I. Because of the time, couldn’t call on more friends to come with me. The JP was not possible due to these players. They were camping as I re-attempted and 20 mins later, the same thing happened.
As a result of this, today, I spent 6-7 hours in Augury Rock Boderlands, on my thief, killing EVERY single dolly from the north and east camp travelling towards thier Garri/Hills. I caught about 50% of dollys going towards Bay. I lost count of how many dollys I killed. I died once (I think it was due to stealth removal trap). We capped their crap a few times, I STAYED in the BL until they took it back to rinse/repeat. I was playing on half-screen whilst watching films.
I wish Augury Rock and Guild, ‘PuL’, all the best for the rest of the week. Sincerely.

Thank you, Loco.
Heya,
Is the sigil that gives bonuses for swapping weapons in combat useless for Engineers and Eles, or does that bonus work in someway where there is no actual weapon swap?
Thanks in advance.
Elusive.
I can honestly say I never laughed so hard at anything in GW2 until we did this – there’s nowhere to run or hide, Gandara!

I understand it’s now possible to obtain 55ar, for FoTM. I’ve searched, but couldn’t find anywhere which says how this is possible? Is it done by upgrading an ‘unused upgrade slot’ on an Ascended Weapon with a Versatile Simple Infusion? Or are accessories with the inherent +5ar now able to be infused in the MF? Or some other method?
Thanks for your time.
Rally to me, Ascalonians! Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! (or whatever words are used for a battlecry).
Said with fire and passion in his heart – a true warrior of old Ascalon.
That explains it perfectly! Thanks.
Prior to the update this week, I had on a few of my chars, one rune of that char’s profession and 5 others. It gave all the bonuses for that one rune (i.e. on my Ranger, I had one superior rune of Ranger, which gave all the bonues – and 5 runes of the Golemancer).
Since the update, it changed to only giving 1/6 bonuses, instead of 7/6 like it showed, for that one rune of the same profession.
Was this bugged prior to the update or is it bugged for me now? Was it ever supposed to be the way it was for me?
Thanks for taking the time to read.
