I just installed windows 10 and a problem occurs when m loading, everything goes black for a second but the cursor stays on screen. The problem wasn’t there before I upgraded and its not a big deal but I like to know if anyone else has this problem as well.

I have seen major ping spikes, and I been DCing by the 7:11:3:191:101 error as well. The chat also has been laggy as well after the resent patch.

The lag is extremely bad now after the patch. I ran tests and it didn’t show it was from my end.

If you are getting more then one BSOD then I recommend taking it into a computer repair shop. It maybe a hard drive issue. I had the issue a few months back and that was basically the issue, the hard drive was failing.

This issue pops up every so often with me, sometimes out of the blue. It has gotten in the way of mapping and crafting. It is also vary annoying when you are also in the middle of combat and this happens!

I had this happen when replaying a living world episode, I got a 1006:9:7:392:101 and my network was fine and didn’t crash or anything but the game did. many of my friends are experiencing the same issue for the past couple days.

Funny thing is I have the same problem. Ever since the update I have had issues and crashing every so often with the dreaded “7:11:3:191:101” error. I don’t know it could be my ISP having issues or it could be client side. I tried all I can by refreshing my modem, and my computer, etc. but it crashes still, if it continues I will contact my ISP because it is getting annoying.

I seen a increase in time in loading maps and even when I use the hero panel it takes awhile for my character to load in it. I didn’t have this issue before till the update.

Edit: Also my character don’t appear in the Hero Panel for awhile (like 10-30 secs) if I’m in a crowd, they don’t render fast like normal.

strange, i had the exact same thing happen to me just recently. it as an encryption c0000005. I am running a diagnostic to see what is casing it but I hope anet can fix this.

Edit: I did the repair, it found nothing wrong, but it happened when I tried opening the TP in the crafting menu.

just happened to me again after a few days, I thought it was fixed but it happened to me when I was in Rata Sum.

I don’t it just happens when I exit the game. It started up ever since the April 28th update. I feel this is a bug in the software and it disliked being shut down at times and it creates this error.

I have the same problem, and idk how to fix it. I ran the repair and I still get these crashes from time to time. Only when I leave gw2 as well but it can happen anywhere whenever I exit.

Your not alone Crazy, I tried everything but I keep crashing…I am unknown what to do right now, I also did clientport 80 but that didn’t work ether.
Edit: Plus I get bad skill lag…like every few mins and I just crash, idk what to do bout this issue.

I have the same issue, its been effecting me for a few days now. I tried everything from the support page, and I even did a installation! Sadly to no avail, but all I can do is wait and see if this issue gets fixed.

Well it gotten worse for me, I even went as far as to re install Gw2, but I crash in less then 5 mins and more frequent. Making GW2 unplayable for me, and yes its the same 7:11 error.
Edit: I even tried everything on the support page and it still doesn’t work.

I have this problem as well, it started a week ago and I had 0 problems before this. Idk whats going on but I tried everything and it still crashes. I just hope it gets fixed soon.

I have also seen black boxs over my EXP bar level and next level, I can still see my level and next level but I got these black boxs were they are placed. Plus the loading screens are messed up for me…like they are higher then normal and smaller.

Yea your not alone, ever since the latest patch I started crashing every few mins. Before it was running fine for me and 0 problems (the odd crash once and awhile but that is normal) but after the patch, things started lagging and crash more often (like 5-15 times a day!) I even restarted my router and modem and see if that fixed it, but sadly it did not. Even a fellow guild mate of mine is having the same problem. I just hope this gets fixed soon.

Edit: tbh, this isn’t the first time this happened to me, awhile ago I had this same issue like this. It did go away on its own but still, its a pain and strips the fun away from the game and replaces it with annoyance
