When I jump off the diving spot on top of the lighthouse in Lion’s Arch, my character’s diving goggles and bikini disappear when she’s about halfway down. This happens even when I manage to not accidentally deploy the glider. So it seems like (for me at least) there’s no possible way to get that dive spot recorded for the Dive Master achievement.
The only way I’ve found so far to not have my diving goggles and bikini disappear is to jump off just a tiny bit (not too far), but then I end up dying by hitting the tower instead of the water.
Just wanted to mention that this bug is still an issue. I tried to get the achievement today, and stood right next to the abomination as it died, but didn’t get it.
It’s the last Triple Trouble achievement I need, too. ):
I really want the ability to turn off my glider. I keep trying to make small jumps and then end up flying past them because the glider deployed when I did not want it to. If we could just have a toggle option for allowing gliders to deploy, that would be great.
My content guide will no longer point me towards map completion items, no matter what setting I have it on. Whether it’s on default, disable personal story, or hide events and personal story, it won’t show any of them. In fact, if I put it on “hide events and personal story,” it just disappears altogether.
I like using it when I’m doing map completion, so I hope there’s a solution for this.
I was able to get in fine a few days ago, so I tried the jumping puzzle but didn’t manage to finish it. I came back today to try it again and couldn’t get in, even though I tried about 15 times.
