Im just wondering if we buy the DDU again from another character and get the skill on our main? Anyone knows???

At the moment, I feel really ripped off. I paid real money to purchase the Digital Deluxe just for the skill itself and I have not been able to use it, not even once.

I opened a ticket and got the standard copy & paste replies from the support team asking me to check the wiki game status updates. That being said, I see No mistfire wolf skill bug mentioned in there or any fixes for it coming soon.

Here is part of their ticket reply,
“In the meantime, we are aware of an issue that is preventing some characters from using the Mistfire Wolf elite skill after the Digital Upgrade has been purchased. This issue is being investigated and we hope to have a fix for this as soon as possible, however, we do not have an estimated time for when it will be implemented.”

If I knew this problem existed, I would NEVER have purchased this upgrade.

There is simply NO excuse that a Known glitch is still being made avaliable for purchase, especially with real money transactions. There should at least be a little notice or announcement at the site or trading post. This is just being irresponsible.

I love your game, I really do. But I’m sorry to say that I’m very disappointed in the way you guys handled this issue. It’s just poor customer service in my opinion.

I’m agree with you!! This is a big problem for someone who spent their money on the DDU.

Maybe they think it was not a big deal but actually it’s !!!

I spent 35 bucks to upgraded to Digital Deluxe edition in gem store

I received everything including Rytlock but my Mistfire Wolf elite is greyed out. I cannot select/equip/use it. (which is my lvl 40+ character Engineer)

however it is unlocked for new chars that i make

im almost LV 50 on my main and there’s no way I’m going to remake her just to get the skill

its the elite skill is the only reason I upgraded

ANYONE GET THE SAME ISSUE???

I sent a ticket to them 5 days ago but nothing respond

i also got some issue with the deluxe upgraded in game..
