Got kicked from a Fractals 18 just after killing the Jelly Fish Boss before anyone could loot the chest. Then whispered me with some offensive chat and blocked me. I never said anything offensive or did anything wrong. Correct me if I’m wrong but is this right?

Can not interact with the NPC (Veteran Risen Spectral Guard), it is marked friendly but there is no means of engaging combat for said skill challenge (No text dialog, no nothing just an inactive friendly NPC). Has been stuck for 3-days since Sept: 8th and is currently not active.
